During the interview they don't tell you that the government background check is mandatory for the federal cites. It was presented as optional. If you get delayed (meaning they need more info) or don't pass, you don't work during that time which they never mentioned. I was cornered by 3 of the supervisors and told them that I didn't respect them. Hr cut my hours. They allow people to bring knifes, be late and other behaviors but if you don't **** up to them you'll be reprimanded. I was told I couldn't ask for rides and was written up for it. I was offered rides by my coworkers. They say that if I don't have a car I should have my hours cut. I told them then they need to cut or get rid of everyone that doesn't have a car. They require reliable transportation. I have reliable transportation. They just discriminate in that way. Anyway the site itself is great. Stools ****. Be aware that this job won't last for most. Given poor HR and VIP status of nepotism supervisors. Also that background check.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. While we value honest reviews, we're concerned about the inaccuracies in your assessment.Regarding the background check, it's a mandatory requirement for all federal facilities. We believe this information was clearly communicated throughout the hiring ********** for transportation, we emphasize reliable transportation as a crucial aspect of this position. Your coworker's concerns about infrequent and unreliable transportation led to discussions, as it can impact productivity and team dynamics. We want to clarify that we maintain strict security protocols, and weapons, including knives, are strictly prohibited on federal property. We strive to create a positive and respectful work environment. While we understand that professional disagreements may arise, it's important to maintain a respectful and constructive approach.I am glad that you admitted that you don't respect your supervisor, and now you understand why we cut your hours, because of your unprofessional behaviors,We hope to resolve any misunderstandings and work towards a more positive experience for all employees.
