    After purchasing I became concerned by these and other reviews. I reached out and they definitely don't respond, that was the only reason for the 4 stars. But they absolutely fulfilled my purchase and in a reasonable time. I feel these reviews, as valid as they may have been for a few, do not represent the experience not often recorded by satisfied customers. I would absolutely deal with them again.

    I ordered 1 bottle off their website, was charged in full, and 80 days later, nothing. I emailed the company multiple times, and they are not responding. I have tried to cancel the order and they are not responding. I am going to dispute the charge through my credit card, and I hope to get some money back. I am going to find a few ways to warn people about buying from this company. This is a bummer because I was told by others this company is good.

    Dont buy from this company. Total scam. Ordered three bottles and only one arrived (the cheapest one, of course). The company has not responded to our repeated attempts to contact them.

    Ive been a customer of ********************** for 3 years now Each time Ive spent over $150- $200. I recently purchased 3 bottles from them, one arrived broken, *** sent emails and tried getting in contact with consumer service and I have got NO RESPONSE. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!

    Do not deal with this company. They took my money and did not deliver my product because their website put in my wrong address then I tried to contact them to fix it and they have been ignoring me. Told them I want a refund and still being ignored by email. Called their listed phone number and no one answers. STAY AWAY. These guys are a SCAM. I want a refund and they are ignoring me.

    STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I ordered two bottles of ********* Bourbon on Dec.24/2022. They charged the credit card but nothing else. On Dec.29, I wrote an email, asking what the status was; they replied that they didn't have the inventory and would follow up. On Jan 6th, 2023 I asked for a refund as I had not heard back from them at all. They wrote back on Jan 9th to say the order had been delivered that day. I asked for a tracking number and a delivery address. They never wrote back and never delivered. I'm trying to get my money back but so far, nothing (Jan 10,2023) STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. SO GROSS!!!

    Ordered 1 bottle of whiskey on Dec 14 2022. They charged my credit and email saidlabel was made and ready to send. On the 22nd next email said there was a delay and they would get it in a few days from distributor. I asked for refund because I wanted it by Christmas and website gave NO INDICATION of being out of stock. I would not have ordered if it said out of stock. On the 26th I asked again for a refund and they kept saying it would be in soon. I sent 5 requests asking for refund. Told them they should not have charged my credit card without having product in stock. Looked up CA law and they shouldnt have charged my account without product on hand. After sending 6+ emails I did get a refund. I could not find a phone number. Their website has over 700 reviews all 5 stars. Thats bull c*** Will never go through them again.

    Delays in shipping. Missed the final delivery attempt. Product sent back. Want to charge me a 15% restocking fee and shipping. Refund is less than half what I originally paid.

    Had a issues with a order being damaged in transit. With out getting any answers from *** googled to find the phone number.. One call all my issues were fixed.. On good faith they sent a new shipment to insure I would have before it before Christmas.. Thank you very much... Appreciate the extra effort and trust! Especially during your busy season..
