    The TeachMeTo app is riddled with bugs and does not update or display correct information pertaining to lessons, scheduling, and communication. TeachMeToo has been continuously charging me for classes when I already have classes purchased . They will not refund me for the most recent (4) class subscription that was made to my account. I intended on using what I had left and moving on to a local coach. They are holding me hostage with 7 lessons now that need to be used because they refuse to return the funds to my account. They never answer calls only for initial sign up and always reply through text message or email. The app does not work efficiently and communication through there is lackluster. They will not refund money due to their policy which is not a very good reason considering they are at fault. I was told if I wanted my money back to dispute it from my bank per *****.

    Not a trustworthy company. One evening, I signed up for a pickle ball learning session in 4 days time after I was informed that I would get a refund if I cancelled within 24 hrs. The very next morning I had to cancel because I twisted my ankle. Despite repeatedly contacting the company, they are refusing to issue a refund. Additionally, without my knowledge, they even set up a monthly recurring charge on my credit card. Do not deal with this company. If there was a way to give zero stars, I would.

    No way to contact customer service. Slow with refunds uses a stall tactic on refunding your money.

I see you reached out via SMS to cancel your subscription, and we did our best to respond, but it appears you had opted out of our messaging tool, which prevented our replies from going through. We reached out by email instead and processed your refund the same day you requested it.

    I had a bad experience trying to setup a pickball ****** via text messaging . I was given a price then it changed to a higher price when I told the rep I was going to pay for court reservation. The rep wanted to charge me $40 more per person. After I expressed my disappointment on how this was handled, the rep offered me a discount. I didnt accept based on the dishonesty and it felt like a scam. Glad I didnt go with them, be careful and do your research.

    Most golf coaches are not credentialed and do not have permission to teach at certain facilities.
