  They charged ***** us for a starship by starscope drone but it was a complete scam. We were sent a cheap 15 dollar Chinese knockoff that barely works. ****** denied our claim because it was past 30 days. The wife bought it as a Christmas present so it was wrapped for past 30 days before I could unwrap it. Do not do business with this company.

  I ordered a snapshot Shelf stand, it was sent to the wrong address. I contacted them through PayPal, they said that they resent it to the correct address, a month later I had still not received anything so I reached out again and they said that it takes sometimes a month to process... nothing ever showed up. They flat out lied. I see here that they clearly don't care I'm not the first person they scammed

  My card was charged for 2 items in my cart but I changed my mind and never submitted the order. I received a receipt for the cheaper of the 2 items and was able to cancel the order. A day or so later I was told the other item had been shipped without ever being notified that I was being charged for a second item. I was unable to get any help from customer service. I have the unopened package but I'm have trouble finding the return address. I don't want it around. I don't know what to do with it but since I 'm stuck with it, I may just use it for target practice.

  My credit card was charged for an item that was ordered online from this company. The item was NOT delivered. The website provided a chat box that never responded with a return address or anything else. Paypal requests that the buyer contact the company before they will get involved. Shame on you if you continue to place an order after being forewarned!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I never completed the order. I decided to check reviews and decided not to order, but when I returned, they went ahead and had completed the order. No product so far- which I decided I didn't want. I contacted Paypal and have asked for a refund.

  I think their claims are lies. There is a money back guarantee, but it is impossible to return. No e-mail response. No return address and no phone contact. I feel naive for trusting this company. I normally check for honest reviews, this time i didn't. I imagine these people are living well on consumers money. You know what they say about bad karma?

  I paid $58.94 for a set of earbuds. They charged my credit card immediately. When I trouble with the sets, they answered my email immediately. But, when I asked for directions about returning their defectives product, they went completely silent. I have sent them multiple messages asking for guidance to no avail. Also, their website is completely void of any address or phone number to contact them. I have the feeling that I was taken. Can I choose a zero-star rating?

  I am 74 and on Social Security. I bought a fitness watch for my health to monitor Atrial fibrillation. They took my money, $68.94, for the Kore Trak fitness watch. The website said the watch would work without a monthly subscription. Plus I would get a free year if I do choose the subscription. Not true. You can't access any portion of the watch without paying $20 a month (most tracker watch subscriptions are $6.99 a month). So, I went to the website to return the watch and get a refund as they guaranteed. There is no contact information on that site whatsoever. No email, no phone, no address for return. The *** says you need a return form but they do not give you the form. It says to click the contact link to get the form, but that link does not work. It tells you that the page does not exist. I would like my money back and I would like to return the watch, but who is to say if I return the watch I will receive my money back. This company is a scam and a front for other scam companies. I WANT A REFUND OF MY $68.94!
