      I was on auto pay and kicked off unbeknownst to me and the company is unwilling to admit or accept any responsibility to their lack of communication. Now it has greatly negatively affected all three of my credit scores. As soon as I got the call that my payment was late (because they removed auto pay and never advised me) I paid my $40 balance in full. When trying to contact the department to get a one time forgiveness and remove negative charges on my credit there was no one to contact. I had to send in a fax and a week later they replied and would not accept responsibility. When they remove autopay they should notify the customer rather then reporting it to **********************. Horrible company. Do not use them for building credit.

      are crooks I gave them all the information they needed to give me access to their mobile app give them my social date of birth Address everything they would not give me the information I needed to make a payment online now theyre threatening me and my family. The spending limit was only 300 and theyre saying I owe over 600

      Total **** is probably the WORST credit card company! All of your payments towards the card are delayed **** days from the day you pay and they will still charge you late payment fees if youve paid prior to the due date. They also have the worst customer service and will purposely put you on hold for over 30 min if you ask for a supervisor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS A SOURCE TO BUILD GOOD CREDIT.

      This company is a scam, plain and simple. I applied, was approved and told I would get a card in 7 days or so. About two months later, I realized I never received a card.So, about a month and a half ago, I called requesting a second card be shipped (doubtful the first one was even shipped). Low and behold, no card to this day. Then, a credit monitoring site alerted me that ********** reported my payment as delinquent status. Never received an email, a **** or a card, so I had literally NO WAY to know that I owed these criminals money.I called today asking why my credit has no dropped due to their incompetency, and was told I had the account for one year (which is not even close) and that I owed the annual fee and its late, so I also owe another $30. Never got the card. Im not paying these scammers a dime and am disputing this account as FRAUD. Do NOT apply for this worthless card!!

      Ive called you three times. The first rep ***** tell me anything was due, even though I spoke to someone else about two weeks later who said that I was 30 days later. 30 days late for a card I never received and for a **** I never got. I forgot to mention that the second customer service guy told me that I had the account for over a year and that the annual fee was late. I did NOT had this account a year ago- more like 6 months.He also said there was nothing they could do to retract reporting the payment late, even though not only is that completely possible and something people do it all the time, but this late payment was completely 100-% not my fault, as I got NOTHING saying I owed a dime or even how to get my ****. I want this removed from my credit report immediately and if not, Ill be reporting this as fraud.

      This company is committing fraud in my opinion. I opened an account and my spending limit was for $300 . I had the account for almost a year and it was never reported to credit bureau. A few months back I was hospitalized for a few a months therefore I was later on my payments. Once I was able to return to work I was told if I pay around $200 I would be up to date so I did. Well that was a lie the account was closed and they continue to charge me an additional $400 with interest ever month until paid in full. This company is by far the worst I ever seen in my life. I think it needs to be shut down immediately and charges should be brought up.

      This company is the worse in customer service. I would advise anyone needing a credit card to search before opting this one. They have annual fees, bad enough, but do not have any administrative staff available to help you if you need something. I needed a statement letter and was told it would take 2 weeks. I needed it right away for refi purposes and because the market and interest rates are changing daily. What was being offered to me would no longer be available after 2 weeks. i spoke to an answering service and supervisor in hopes of getting something emailed to me with the present status. No help. These companies take your money, mess up your already fragile credit and cannot accommodate you with the simple things you need. Stay away!!!!

      I have paid out 150 dollar and made my first payment and have been trying to get a card and still have not got it there customer service is not helpful in any way the will just send you from one person to another and then they lie to you on top of it all
