    I ordered the Doc ******** 10-Year Bourbon Revolver Set for my husband but when we finally received it the seal on the bottle had came off during shipment. So sad the bottle was empty and the Bourbon had soaked into the box and it was ruined too. Im so glad I bought the insurance. A few pictures and a few emails later the issue was resolved. We sent the damaged package back and a new package was on its way. The replacement Doc ******** 10-Year Bourbon Revolver Set made it this time in great condition! My husband is very excited to have received his anniversary gift early. Thanks for the wonderful assistance from customer service in resolving this unfortunate issue!

    Products that were ordered were fairly priced and delivered when promised. The products were so carefully wrapped and packaged. The best packing that I have ever encountered for liquor.

    I ordered the 45/47 whiskey as a gift for my husband's birthday. I started to worry when I had not received in within a few weeks. I reached out to customer service and they were great. They let me know that due to a problem in the supply chain they were experiencing demand/fulfillment issues. They informed me they had a new shipment arriving soon and thy would be fulfilling orders in the order received. (Which I totally agree with). They gave me the option to get a refund if I wished. Within two weeks I had the product and my husband loved it. So glad I waited. And appreciate when a company informs you of the issue, willing to refund your money or make it right. I would order from them again.

    First order from MSL... when my case of vodka arrived it was in a damaged box and two of the bottles were broken. I was not happy thinking I would have to jump through a lot of hoops to get satisfaction. I contacted them online with a picture and received an immediate response and was given the choice of replacement or refund. I chose replacement, the bottles came extremely fast, intact and packaged well. I would highly recommend. Thank you MSL!

    ******************** is the best company of fine collectable whiskey have ordered from them a few times only had one incident carrier had broke bottle customer service is fantastic a shout out to ****** who helped me take care of replacement I plan on placing more orders also they keep you updated with any delays highly recommend them.
