  I received three calls from this company and when I called them to ask to not call me was hung up on 3 different times by their representatives. Im on the do not call list but I guess if they are calling the business cell phone, its okay. However, from a human perspective, its very annoying to get 3 robot messages in 24 hours, and a waste of time for everyone including Prime Directory Solutions.

  As I've read via other reviews, this company calls repeatedly via Varying State Phone numbers.I Respectfully told them not to call and they persist.I Would Never Use Such A Firm For Any Reason. I WOULD NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THEM EITHER..PEACE

  I reported them today. Also made sure my business number was on the do not call list. They have been filling my business voicemail. Initially I would just delete the vm and block the number. It's been weeks now. The calls keep coming from different numbers. I called and pressed the option to be removed from the call list. Calls kept coming. Spoke to a rep today who refused to remove my business number from the call list until I listened to their services. They deceptively claim to work with ****** but they do NOT. They are not contracted by or affiliated with ****** any more than I am.

  Be Mindful they are a illegal scamming company that tries to get you pay for services that are free, They are very agressive and hostile and make it sound as if without there assistance you cant have your business or do well, They will help you for a small FEE. A fee for a service that is offered free, they are just smammers. And ************* as well.

  My current struggles are getting harassed by your company. The call came in at 12:06:20s pm Central time to my line five one two eight three six, sixty thirty. They claim to be from Prime Directory Services.I asked, very politely, to be taken off the call list and the representative told me word for word from the the phone number below "Well i WILL NOT be taking you off the call list until you accept our services or i will just call back". I told him he couldnt harass us anymore and he said he wasnt afraid nor did he care. He hung up. five one two, six three one, eight eight nine three is the number that i was called from and the number i called back to and spoke with the rep again and then a supervisor. I called the number back and he picked up. I told him refusing to stop calling someone is harassment and hung up. I called the number back again and spoke to a supervisor named ************ spoke to ***** who claimed to be a supervisor and ***** promised me we would be taken off the call list and action would be taken for the representative. What action?I would like proof this representative is to be disciplined

  They need to stop calling me. They call illegally. Im glad I have the address now since they wouldnt give it over the phone. After I asked for it they hung up. Thats not scammy at ALL.

  Relentless calls to our business daily, asking to "speak with the owner". Had the pleasure of speaking with Prime ********* Services rep *********** today. ********* had a tough day of folks telling him to get lost and was especially rude. He told me the only way to get them to stop calling was to pay for their services. This was recorded. This is illegal. Reported to governments in US and ******. I hope someone can finally put these losers to bed for good. Give them a call and ask to speak to the owner of THEIR business! (8 six 6) 363-5507 ****************************************************

  getting spammed by this company daily. They're very evasive in answering questions and have asked to be put on the do not call list now for weeks. Was told by ******* to "suck my d***". This is the company and how they represent themselves.
