  Since I was just served court papers by LVNV and yet Beacon was supposed to have gotten this handled. I paid what was expected of me, I followed the plan, but yet here I am.heading to a court room.

  This company poorly explained the process or I was under the impression what I was paying was for them to eliminate the debt. I had a score of 620 before the program and was promised at least a 700+ credit score by the end of the program or you would get all your money you paid in back and that is not true. My credit has drowned to a 480 and still never got any money back. They claim you get money from creditors when I received plenty and reported them all as I was told and again never got a dime. I still have creditors calling and sending me letters and I have graduated from the program. When ever I call to tell them the situation they just provide me information on how to get a secured card that will boost my credit and still not a dime. This place is a joke and doesn't help your credit what so ever, it damages it even more.

  This company is a very extremely poor business and they will destroy your credit even more. I paid Beacon to follow through with helping with my existing creditors to lower my debt and they were only able to get just a few resolved in a two year window. I was getting served with Summons papers at my door of my home. I am still resolving my bills by myself with LVN *************************************** I put my faith and trust in Beacon that they would help me get to a better place but they destroyed my credit so much worse & put me in debt even more. I was left cleaning up a bigger mess than when I started. When I started with Beacon I had a credit score of 670 and now I have a credit score of 500. This is a ****** learned for me to check BBB before ever signing up with any company. Continue to read the other reviews. We are all saying the exact same thing. So there is truth to this company and how they do their business. Beacon can continue to use their contract as they did what they were supposed to do but their lack of action and what you will be left with cleaning up after them will tell all. I am sure there are hundred more of their customers that feel the same way but they did not do a review. I truly hope this helps somebody that needs advice & help so they can be in a better place.

  We have been trying to reach the client to come to a resolution with her. We do our best to provide great service to all of our customers. They come to us because they are already in a difficult situation and it is a stressful time. We try to keep people informed and let them know what to expect. Unfortunately, everyones circumstance is different and results can also vary depending on many factors. Although we described our companys services to her by telephone and in the Services Agreement she signed when enrolling, it appears that she did not understand or services. Hopefully we can connect with her to resolve this.

  The same has been done to me as some of these reviews. After the 2 year period, they still have close to 7000$ of my, refuse to contact the creditors and have settled 0 of my accounts. They have not responded to my emails, requests for management to contact me and to my bbb complaint. Im not asking to be difficult just asking for my money back as they refuse to do what they said they would. Poor service all around.

  Promised that my credit score would be 700 or better in two years. Paid 145 a month for two years, ********. Nothing has changed. Accounts still open, still getting calls, every time i call and ask to speak to a manager, no one is available. It has now been 2 1/2 years, my credit score is still 603, still getting calls, when i call in for my monthly check in they are always still waiting for paperwork etc. I went with this company because i had some big things coming up with the illness of my mother. I just recently had to sell my familys home because we were going to buy hers and move in to take care of her. I cant even buy the house now due to my credit score still being 603. I could have used that **** to pay my creditors. Basically all they do is wait it out to the very end. I recently had to pay one of the credit cards off, when i asked them if anyone had ever contacted them about my account they said no!!! This is a waste of money. DON't do it! Now i am in limbo and cant even purchase my moms house due to my credit score still being terrible with no movement what so ever.

  We have reviewed the clients file in detail and have provided the services pursuant to our agreement. Mr. ********* credit score has gone up since he enrolled in the program. We advise our clients that they need to continue to pay all accounts on time every month that are not enrolled in the program, in order to obtain a 700 credit score. Unfortunately, he did not keep his payments current with creditors that were not enrolled. We have no control over that. We do our best to provide great service to all our customers. They come to us because they are already in a difficult situation and it is a stressful time. We try to keep people informed and let them know what to expect. Although we described our companys services to him and in the Services Agreement he signed when enrolling, it appears that he did not understand our services. The Company desires to provide as complete a customer care experience to its customers as possible. We spoke with ******************** and feel that the issue has been resolved.
