    Not impressed with this service. Does not allow you to search for companies to request donations from and the only companies it is allowing our nonprofit to request donations from are scams or on the opposite coast. Very shady business dealings. I encourage people to try it for free before giving them any money for their services.

    Thank you for sharing your feelings, and Im sorry that your organization/event unfortunately did not qualify for many donations in our system, as can happen based on your geographic location and/or event characteristics. As I explained in our earlier direct correspondence, companies set the criteria for the types of organizations and events that qualify to submit requests to them, and your area happens to be fairly sparse, unfortunately. We at DonationMatch have no control over company preferences, and enabling you to contact companies for which you dont qualify would be futile and creates unnecessary work. We do not hide any companies for which you qualify from you, regardless of membership level. Our ability to focus your efforts on the companies willing to consider donating to you is a big part of why companies use us.Im not sure how much more you expected for free, however, I see that you qualify to request donations from some companies you were not aware of through DonationMatch--three Sandestin, ** hotels and **************************, which actually approved two donations for you.Lastly, we have a 100% money-back guarantee to organizations who choose to upgrade and utilize all included benefits, but for whatever reason still do not receive at least 3x what they paid in value back in donations, even when we have no control over those decisions. We always encourage everyone to try us for free first, and only upgrade if there is clear potential value in doing so like there is in our busiest metro areas. Again, we are happy that you received at least 2 bonus donations through our system by now at no cost, and we hope we can grow quickly enough to serve you better in the future.
