    I am so unhappy with this company. I am a solo veterinarian and have been working with this company since 2017 - going on 6 years now. The customer service has been so terrible I feel I should warn other veterinarians about using this service. The last 3 edits I requested have taken 10 plus days. One of them I requested 12 days ago and I have heard NOTHING. The edit I needed in all of these last three cases where mistakes THEY made. They removed the photo from my home page and I can't get them to add it back. They also linked my instagram to some account that only is in Spanish. This was the most recent one I am still waiting on.Before that, they removed content and added content without notifying me. This content erroneously stated that I do emergency work (I don't), I offer discounts (nope), I work on species that I do not even work on, and had language that in no way reflects I am a house call veterinarian. I made so. many. phone calls. So many. I could not get this egregious error changed for weeks. When a supervisor called me back - knowing I was upset - he knew nothing about my business. I was so disappointed that no one knew me. At all. 6 years of paying month after month for a subpar website, with many errors, that no one is interested in helping me out with. They were less horrible in 2017 but the decline has been a deep descent. I would not recommend them to anyone. There are so many more companies out there that would give you someone to manage your account and actually take the time to know who you are. I can't reiterate enough how disappointed I am in this dismal service.

    This company is horrible. I have had them for a year and initially they were great, but then the content wasnt complete. They kept a ********* that I didnt approve of for two months because they ignored all my communication to take it down, then claimed they didnt get it (some of that were emails). They lock you in a contract and charge ridiculous prices for very slow incomplete work. Tried to cancel and they wanted to charge me $2100, saying I have to fulfill the rest of my contract even when they arent fulfilling theirs, so Im stuck for a few months in it.
