******** company that tricks you with the fine print to sign up for their ****** program. I purchased what I thought was a 5.00 video, booklet and picks. No surprise it was all low quality junk....it was 5.00... What I didn't realize was that I was being given a "free" 30 day trial of their premium program. After 30 days I was charged ******! Never even used it. No problem, surely I can just explain it and they will refund me....after all ***** ***** looks so **** happy all the time. I now know why he looks so happy, he takes people's money and forces them to keep his program. They refused to give me a refund. But gladly they gave me an additional six useless months of a program I won't use. Stay far away from this company!GuitarZoom.com

********************* is operating a scam and STEALS your money! Just ****** the site... tons of complaints about stolen funds, which happened to me. I tried to cancel a course and customer support ignored me for months. BUT, my credit card expired while they ignored me, so I thought I was good. What happened? They just kept trying the old card with new expiration dates until they found it and then charged me $299 that was NOT authorized!GuitarZoom.com

Upon reviewing our records, the last email we received from you was dated 2021, and we have not received any cancellation requests for your recent active membership. Additionally, we routinely send rebill reminders to our active members well in advance of the renewal date. A rebill notification was sent to your account email on 02/01/2024, but we did not receive any response to that email indicating a cancellation of your membership. Just like others have stated, I tried to cancle the annual subscription fee. At first it gives a capta that does not work. It makes you try over and over but will not let you cancle it. I sent an email through their customer support. That was ignored. I sent 2 more emails and tried calling customer support. If you call it says "no customer service agent is available". I wish I would have check the bbb before signing up. They have bots constantly send you emails to make a sale. Everything on their site is 199 per course so don't get fooled into thinking your getting lessons for 199 a year because that's not the case. 199 gets you access to several videos. That's all. It may be good for a beginner but I have 30+ years playing. I know almost everything in those videos. I am not asking for a refund. Only that the annual subscription be canceled. I was planning on staying a member until my subscription ran out. Now after reading how many people have had the same issue, I am done with them. I will be contacting my credit card company about getting a new card so these crooks can't get another dime from me.GuitarZoom.com

I have contacted GuitarZoom customer service three times to cancel a forthcoming subscription prior to the date it was supposed to begin and never heard back from them. I just received notice from my credit card company that the subscription payment had been processed. I am appalled at their lack of responsiveness and lack of customer service and will be disputing the charge.GuitarZoom.com

I purchased a standalone course from this business in October of 2023. It took a couple of weeks to get them to add it to my account. I am willing to give them ***** on that one due to possible human error. However, now, March 2024, it appears that they signed me up without my consent to a yearly subscription service and charged me $199.00 for it. In four business days I have left the customer support phone number two messages and also emailed them twice but have recieved no response. I have filed a dispute with PayPal. So far, the customer service and the business practices of this service leave much to be desired and I am very disappointed. Hopefully I will get my money back and they will remove me from their yearly subscription I didn't sign up for in the first place.GuitarZoom.com

I have subscribed and unsubscribed to numerous online Guitar and Bass ****** sites in the past. GuitarZoom was the first one I ever subscribed to, about 4 years ago, and is the one I remain a member of, and will continue to into the foreseeable future. ********************* is an absolute brilliant instructor and the courses and song ******s are some of the best I have used. They are very willing to even provide personal feedback and have many live sessions where ***** will answer any questions. I have never had any courses disappear after I purchased them. My experience with GuitarZoom has been nothing but positive. I don't understand the negative reviews because I have had zero issues with the site or with the people who run the site. Also, the videos on ******* do not go into the depth that the ******s on the site do, so if you like the ******* videos of *****, you would love the more in-depth ******s on the site.Review fromSusan M
