    Newbeedrone sells faulty products and blaims their customers for its issues. Does not honor warranty and has the worst customer service in this industry

    Received a drone with a bad camera. It took too long to get a reply. Eventually they offered to replace the card, which was good, or give me a store credit of $10, which didnt cover the cost of a replacement camera. During the correspondence, they referred to me by several incorrect names, and even had difficulty getting the drone correct. They will shower you with excuses like we just got back from holiday or were short staff but a quick check for job opportunities on their page shows now results. Ultimately the company is poorly managed!

    NewBeeDrone is a good company. I am local in ********* and had been purchasing from them since 2019. Great company and nice people!

    Placed an order with them, they charged my card and without any explanation or reason cancelled my order and I have still not gotten my money back. I've sent numerous emails to their "support team" and haven't received a single message back. Shady business which is very unfortunate. Used to love this company but things have changed. AVOID
