Our surgical appointments are generally 2 hours or more so we charge a non refundable deposit to make treatment appointments for new patients. Non refundable desposit is often 5% of the total treatment plan plus the cost of digital planning, 3D printed surgical guide, temporary denture or bridge and etc.
We sell complicated treatment plans as packages. The package is sold based on all or none basis and they usually cost less than individual treatments. If patients decide to go with part of a treatment plan package, prices will be calculated based on office UCR which is generally higher than package prices. any refund is calculated and issued based on UCR prices.
