They changed their name to Caret and it only got worse. We are looking to post online publicly how dissatisfied we are with Caret/AbacusNext cloud service. It is a consistant ongoing problems with the loging into the cloud, latency issues and lack of concern on their part about the down time and loss of business for us. We would be happy to join a class action against Caret / AbacusNext to get out of our contract and move on.

Do not trust any of their data! This company is left leaning and fudges poll data to indicate Liberals are leading when in fact Conservatives are winning!

WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!This company is dreadful. After canceling my subscription in September 2022, I discovered in July 2023 that my credit card was still being billed. That discovery occurred when I sent my second notice of cancelation only to be told it was untimely because it was not submitted at least 60 days in advance of the subscription renewal date. Despite exchanging dozens of emails with customer support, I could not get anyone from Caret (current owner of Abacus) to call me. To prevent further unauthorized charges, I had my bank decline *****'s invoices. Finally, after days of emailing, a customer support rep confirmed that my cancelation request had been processed. Had I not saved my email from September 2022, I'm sure things would have turned out differently. Despite the assurance that the cancelation had been processed, I continued being bombarded with emails insisting that I provide a credit card number for Caret to charge. At Caret, it is as if the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. My next step will be to seek a refund for the 10 months of wrongful charges Caret made on my credit card. As others have noted, *****'s customer service is among the worst of any company with which I've dealt in nearly 36 years of practicing law.

By far the worst customer service and product ever. I am employed in ************************* and we have paid 10s of thousands of dollars to Abacus Data Systems for its product Amicus Cloud. Abacus advertises that it has a greater than 99% uptime. Total lie. This is by-far the worst software product I have ever used. We rely on this product for access to our data. On a daily bais this program fails and has horrible delays in accessing data. This is a total embarassment when you are in court or worse yet in court with a jury looking on and cannot access your data. At first Abacus will pretend to be of assistance with "fixes" that never work. Generally they will tell you it is something wrong on the user end (they have an unlimited supply of excuses). After a while they simply ignore your requests for support and do nothing. If considering buying an Abacus Data product, run - sprint as fast as you possible can in the opposite direction.

I wish i could rate with zero stars. Like other people on here. They are charging me and insisting upon a one year automatic renewal after prompt cancellation. They never emailed me the updated terms and conditions (because apparently they entered my email address wrong). When i originally signed up three years ago terms and conditions were different and did not have an automatic renewal. I was told when i cancelled that it would be taken care of. Then when they kept charging me they said it would be handled and refunded then insisted on one year renewal. Luckily I was able to get a charge back on my card and prevent any future charges. However, they are still insisting we owe. I agree with other poster that class action may be in order I have a feeling that if we conducted discovery we find a slew of victims and illegal practices. Don't s**** over lawyers if you don't want to get sued. Not a great idea. Do not deal with this company they have a notoriously bad reputation and they have earned it.
