      Deplorable business practices; run far away. I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience with MRC, a Xerox-owned company, has been.From the outset, the sales tactics were deceptive. The sales representative, *******, was more interested in ******* me into a contract than explaining its terms. Hidden within the fine print was a clause allowing a 15% monthly increase in payments--information conveniently omitted during the sales pitch.They promised significant cost savings compared to my previous copier, but these claims proved to be grossly exaggerated. In reality, the hidden fees, constant equipment issues that we had to remedy ourselves, and exorbitant toner which we had to buy ourselves due to the company not picking up their phone calls and us urgently needing toner - costs far outweighed any potential savings."Once the contract was signed, the problems began. The leased machine was rarely serviced, and toner supplies were constantly out of stock. It seemed their primary focus was collecting monthly payments, not providing adequate service or support.When it came time to terminate the lease, I was met with yet another deceptive tactic. Despite providing ample notice, MRC claimed I hadn't followed their 60-day termination policy and now owed them three additional months of payments.This company is a prime example of how not to run a business. Their unethical practices, lack of transparency, and disregard for customer satisfaction are appalling. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with MRC/Xerox to think twice, or better yet, avoid them altogether.

      **************** we are changing out ASAP they do not show up, and have attitudes over the phone. We pay $500 a month and they NEVER assist- takes usually 3 weeks for help

      Client was unavailable for discussion on 1/26 but we will continue efforts to contact and resolve. Original device placed in service was replaced in 2023 at no charge to client. Last 7 service calls had a response time of **** hours. Lease payment is less than $200 a month.

      I been trying to get the final installation components taken care of, but nothing happens, the guy we are dealing with is below: it has been more than a month since we got our new printer but can work at 100% because there are missing components: I tried calling and emails and nothing really happens.
