I found fraudulent charges on my credit card. Daybreak ********* obviously authorizing credit card charges without my knowledge or proper authorization. Had to contact the fraud department at my credit card company.

Daybreak Game Company put 19 fraudulent charges on my credit card before I caught them. The credit card company is reversing the charges, but clearly Daybreak Game Company will accept credit cards without proper authorization (they probably don't require the *** number, and/or they don't check the expiration date or zip code or anything else to verify the card). I will report this company to the California **************************

DayBreak only ruins games. They've turn DC Universe Online into a big scam. Everything in that game since they bought it out, has been changed to force you into the market place to buy insanely overpriced items to help you level anything up. Doing everything legit now will take you years to get anywhere. DayBreak is the scummiest company when it comes to video games. All there original games have been failures, i.e... ( H1Z1 ) and now they have completely ruined one of the greatest games made. DC Universe Online. Between the ridiculous, unnecessary stat clamps which make gearing up pointless and keep you feeling weak, to the overwhelming lagg cause by players art swapping that DayBreak won't do anything about. Oh... And they don't do anything about the cheaters. No in game reports. The stat clamps were the huge game breaker. Every fight is the same. If you're tier6 and run even a tier1 mission, the fight will be exactly the same with the tier1 even being harder than the tier6 sometimes. There is no getting stronger and no sense if accomplishment because if GameBreak...Sorry ( DayBreak ). If you happen to play this game, be smart and don't spend even a ***** in the marketplace. DayBreak and Mepps should be ashamed. So beware... DayBreak is nothing more than a scam. If I could put zero stars I would. Even though they deserve much less.

Employees abuse of power, they need to have an internal investigation and remove those that spy and harass players.

Daybreak is ethically compromised, and their management team pushes questionable if not illegal business practices. 1 - Illegitimate Suspension of **** Services - Daybreak repeatedly suspends accounts of customers who are not violating policies based on inadequate investigations by poorly trained and staffed customer support reps. 2 - Toxic Behavior by Employees - Daybreak calls you names, i.e., cheater, when they have suspended on of your accounts. Employees are trained in, and participate in toxic name calling of the player base. 3 - Looking the Other Way - Daybreak clearly allows certain activities, which are against the ToS, to continue unabated. If you are supporting the underground pay to play or krono economy, Daybreak will allow you to keep your accounts active and look the other way, as there is monetary gain involved in selective enforcement of their rules.

Daybreak Games charged me a monthly fee, then refused to provide the services paid for. When I complained, my game suddenly began experiencing "issues" that had never happened in two months of playing. Then today, I try to log into the game, DC Universe Online, and find out my account has been downgraded to a nonpaying access level. Add to this that now, to enter the game at all, I have to delete several characters I have been working on. I am currently working with my bank, as well as seeking legal recourse. I will never trust this company again.

Daybreak games company has continuously ignored my request of fixing the DC Universe servers from crashing resulting in you having to wait hours or days for them to even temporarily fix until it happens again. People spend too much money on your games for yall to not be able to fix these problems because youre still updating with new content so where there is money being made there is also a solution. Whether you have to pay another company to do it to get it done but will they do it?No! Cause they just want us to keep purchasing and not get any justice on what we paid for over and over for countless amounts of times. Its utterly ridiculous that I have emailed them since 2016 til 2023 about the same problem and went about troubleshooting and informing developers on the forums provided and still no fix. But Im sure theyre enjoying our hard earned money while we stare at frustrating situation that they refuse to resolve. Its a shame that this economy is based on using backstabbing companies that want to use consumers and not provide the right products and services with maintenance on their end.

Terrible company. I played a lot of Magic: The Gathering online between 2016 and 2019, and when I stopped I believe Daybreak wasn't taking care of the client yet. Now when I tried to go back they tell me my account got banned for "suspected fraud", with no explanation on why, and without *any warning* at the time of banning, whenever that was. There were still items on that account that cost real life money, and even opening an account costs money, and I wasn't even offered a refund. They just told me sorry and said make a new account. As if I could trust that I won't just be banned again for no reason, with no explanation. It's a terrible company that does not care about their players, and I'm disappointed that any company would hire them to handle their gaming clients. Hope they go bankrupt. If I could give them 0 stars I would

Would recommend people stay away from DB games. They create a game which requires a full group of players to play, but often without enough people online to form such groups. People resort to boxing as a means to fill a group, then they do random suspensions and/or bans for using boxing apps. Was paying for 6 accounts so i could play a full group, then could drop bots to invite friends as they log in, after 2 consecutive months have all my accounts suspended, deleted all 6 accounts. I refuse to sit around for hours looking for group, good luck for those who continue to deal with this c***
