      22 months for an unfulfilled $44,000 order! In early March of 2022, my contractor originally placed an order for doors and windows with ************************* in the Sports Arena Dixieline store. Multiple delays were attributed to supply chain issues, but as the second year progressed, the situation became progressively more frustrating. By May of 2023, my contractor had moved on and I inherited this problem, still awaiting the delivery of screens from the original order. ***********************, manager at Dixieline Sports Arena, assured me that I would be dealing with him and promised to resolve the issue. 8 additional months of frustration followed. I had to repeatedly send updated lists of the items yet to be received. At one point, I was promised screens from a third party, but months later I was informed by **************** that they were never approved by ******************. I eventually received two replacement screens, neither of which were the correct size. Three screen doors were left off the original order, and ****************** promised to place a new order at a discounted price in light of my poor experience. Instead, I was later quoted full retail price. Communication became progressively worse, to the point where further responses to my emails/calls ceased. I was informed on 12/19/23 that my screens had arrived at the *********** distribution center, where ***** (very helpful) promised to reach out to **************** to arrange for delivery. The order was under my name instead of my contractor, so I assume the order was resubmitted? By 1/16/24, I had yet to receive any further communication. I contacted ***** at the distribution center, who was incredulous, stating that the screens had been at the Sports Arena store for the past month. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. 22 months and still waiting for fulfillment of the order.
