    Theft Absolute scam of a company. We ended our lease waited to get our $6,000 deposit back. Then receive a letter with deductions for crazy things that were not agreed contractually. Stealing money from us to pay for a ******* although clear as day it is written in the contract that is is not our responsibility. Countless items like this. Ths all came about after receiving an electrical shock, we chased them for 3 months and they didn't do anything. So we had to get it fixed ourselves having a 1 year old and pregnant wife i couldn't wait any longer. Their response was we should have waited for them to sort it out. Absolute joke We are having to take them to court because they refuse to return any of our deposit unlawfully. Keep a eye our for ******* *******. Supposedly a director. Rudest woman alive, holds a personal grudge and very immature.

    Since day moved in to this address Harcourt properties has refused, been harassing and not fixed any is***s, has been on my own and them owing me monies.They are forcing me into being homeless with landlord court ordered eviction even though the Land lord did not have proper permits, building, electrical, and others on property. 1 propane heater in master bedroom and no heat rest of house functional. Waited 3 month with house during Summer at 89 to 98 degrees before i had to fix the swamp cooler myself for heat relief.Moving in pictures showed a clean house with washer, dryer, refrigerator. No such appliances upon move in except a used terrible dryer and no vent hook up.Damages to myself, work, labor monies they own me $100K or I will *** them in court for more.have filed complaints with ******** City, San Bernadino County, and ******************* as I am a Disabled Veteran.Have tons more pictures and proof. Will be homeless because of them in 15 Days
