    This review if for Tesla Solar (which purchased SolarCity). I have a leased solar panel system on my home. The inverter was underperforming and after 6 months of wrangling finally got them to agree to replace the unit. It took a full year from that point for them to complete the work, there were a few rain delays but the majority of the time was Tesla errors or delays in scheduling.The crew they sent cut the wires (while live) to a ductless HVAC unit we had and blew the circuit board. They also, in the process of replacing the switch box, pulled out conduit from a subpanel and left wire and an open conduit exposed to the rain. They refused to fix these items and I had to pay other electricians to resolve the issue. I've talked with ***** about a dozen times across multiple customer service reps, all who claim they will get back to me and never do. The support is the worst I have ever experienced from any company I've worked with. Not only sheer incompetence from the team on site but what appears to be a deliberate attempt to avoid and delay in responding to the issues.
