    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    r the panel upgrade as I was required to be home while the work was being done, and on January 22, 2025, I was informed that I was not eligible for the rebate. There were additional requirements for the rebate (electric water heater or heat pump conversion) which were never specified prior to January 22.On January 24, ***** *****, the staff I had been communicating with said she would have *****, the owner, contact me to discuss my issue.I emailed ***** on February 12 since I had not heard from ***** and did not have direct contact information. She included him on the email response and asked that he contact me. I emailed him directly on February 19 since I still had not received contact and again on February 25. As of today, March 15, 2025, I still have not received a call or an email from *****.I paid $4,080 to A1 Electrical with communication stating that I would receive a $2,000 rebate. I am seeking a refund of $2,000 since I will not be receiving a rebate.

As discussed in our phone call, A1 Electrical is providing you a $2,000 refund check (which is out in today's mail) to compensate you for the $2,000 rebate not received from ****. Please let us know if you don't receive this check by next week.

    Thank you for your patience in this matter and we are happy we were able to reach a resolution with you.
