I strongly caution anyone considering Automated Ecom Profits. In my experience, this company is fraudulent and fails to honor its own agreements. After my store was deactivated due to their negligence and mismanagement, they completely refused to stand by their refund policydespite clear terms in the contract. When I tried to hold them accountable, they evaded responsibility and provided no meaningful resolution.Unfortunately, after doing deeper research post-failure, I found many other customers reporting similar issueslosses of time, money, and trust. I urge anyone thinking about investing with this company to thoroughly check online reviews and do your due diligence. Don't be misled by promises of "automated success." Their track record suggests otherwise, and too many people have been burned by their unethical practices.Stay away and protect your ecom investment.Review fromRick S

I've owned several businesses in my career. Anytime you make an investment there are no guarantees. Do not go into this unless your eyes are wide open. Better yet, do not go into this if you know nothing about ******, or how to sell. Had I known what I was in for before I started this I would've passed, to say the least. I wouldn't neccessarily call these people underhanded or dishonest. I just don't think they have the infrastructure in place to support the buildout fees they are charging people. They also do not do much to inform you regarding what they're doing or how they're doing it. I had lots of questions that either took a while to get answered or didn't get answered at all because, "It's all done for you!" The contract mentioned below is LAME at best. To begin with, there's no clause for arbitration. Something I didn't think about when I signed it. My bad. Also, *** only ever sold me and contracted with me as a *** (Fowarded by ******). I was maybe a month or two into business with them before I discovered I was set up as a FBM (Forwarded By Merchant). These are two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT business models. This is misleading at best, and breach of contract at worst, but, like I said, it's a lame contract. Anyway, by then it was too late, as they had already maxed a $50K credit card out with purchases. So, we get down the road and it actually looks like we're making some $$. Then I discovered AEP was doing this by discounting product but SEVERELY overcharging people for freight (I have about 40 emails from ****** OFF people asking for money back). In the interim, my account got deactivated and all the money made was frozen for 4 months (in the meantime, I still had to pay those credit card payments). ***'s answer to this was "we can't control what ****** does." Nice! Apparently, it's all done for me but this part. LOL. A $30K ******* They'll answer that I gave up. I did. Trainwrecks are not my thing. Run. I'm still dealing with Amazon aftermath. Not fun.Review fromAdam B

I spoke to someone from Automated Ecom in late 2023 after receiving an inheritance from my father (he passed away unexpectedly that March). I invested $45,000 of my inheritance as my initial investment and was given all sorts of projections about profitability growing over time. Initially, it was not a terrible experience, however, within a month, my store was deactivated due to a seller selling cheap Chinese knockoffs of a trademarked product (the Candlelife Candle, if I remember correctly) in my store. ****** even referred to this seller as "suspicious." Within a month and with profits nowhere near my whole investment of about $75k (initial fee + wires and debits for inventory) my dreams of owning a successful Amazon store were dashed. I have had 3 consultations with this company since- one in which they tried to get me to invest into an Amazon FBM store (a significant investment) and 2 more where a drop-shipping model was pitched to me- something the company expressly demonstrates in their orientation process is against ******'s policies. Obviously, I am not interested in boarding yet another sinking ship. Furthermore, to add insult to injury, the last person I spoke to in the company - ****** (I just left a consultation with him minutes ago) - told me that the company is supposedly in no position to issue refunds to anyone now. I am almost certain this is a lie, but if the company does not patch this issue up soon, we are going to have issues. We both signed a contract stating that I would receive a full refund, if after 18 months (June of this year for me) I did not earn at least my initial investment, which obviously, I haven't. These statements by ****** tempt me to categorize this "opportunity" as an out and out scam. I am now $75k-ish out and I feel as if my father's legacy has been spat upon by this company. Avoid at all costs.Automated Ecom Profits

****, we are deeply sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction and understand how upsetting this situation must be for you. We sincerely empathize with the emotional weight of investing your inheritance and the frustration caused by your store's deactivation.
Please know that we have always prioritized transparency and open communication. Our team remains committed to resolving the issue. We are actively working on reinstating your store, engaging Amazon appeal professionals to address the deactivation and ensure compliance with platform policies.
Challenges such as counterfeit claims and seller suspensions are unexpected obstacles sellers can face on platforms like ******. While these are beyond our direct control, we assure you that we are dedicated to navigating these issues to achieve a favorable outcome.
Its important to note that the refund policy outlined in your agreement is being honored. Any delays in fulfilling contractual obligations are linked directly to the ongoing resolution of your store's status. We remain committed to resolving this matter in alignment with the terms of our agreement.
We recognize your frustration, and we want to emphasize that any additional opportunities we have presented are optional, designed solely to provide an interim solution while we work on your store. This reflects our commitment to helping you regain momentum and achieve your goals.
Thank you for sharing your concerns. We are here to provide ongoing support and assistance. Please feel free to contact us directly so we can discuss the next steps and ensure clarity moving forward.Adam B

Actually, you can't be committed to resolving the issue because ****** has stated that, due to the serious legal situation between them and CandleLife, they cannot reactivate my store unless policy majorly changes. Furthermore, the contract that we both signed lists no extenuating conditions attached to the policy to refund after 18-months. I was sent a bogus letter by ***** ********* attempting to dodge this obligation. We already both signed a contract stating otherwise. The letter I was sent also stated that I was responsible for getting my store reactivated. This, again, completely contradicts the contract we both signed, which states that it is your responsibility. You cannot just sign a contract and then try to renege on it down the road. If you want to develop a different contract with different conditions for new collaborators, that is admittedly your prerogative, but I came on board under (and signed) a completely different one. If I am given any further trouble in this area, I have no real choice but to sue and/or press criminal charges. Please don't force me to do that.Review fromKenneth S

I signed up in March of this year and was told I would be making money in 2 to 3 weeks. I am not making any money yet and it is the middle of October. Everyone I have contact information for is either completely unresponsive or gives me the run around. I do not recommend.Automated Ecom Profits

Hey Kenneth,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We value all input from our clients and take concerns like yours very seriously. We understand your frustration with the timeline, and we want to assure you that we are fully committed to helping you succeed.
To clarify, you initially joined our "Done With You" program, which, as we explained, typically takes longer to generate results compared to our "Done For You" service. After discussing your concerns, we upgraded you to our top-tier service, at no additional cost beyond what you had already invested. This is because we truly want to see you achieve your goals.
Regarding the timeline, it’s important to note that we’ve never stated that clients should expect sales in 2-3 weeks. As discussed on our Zoom calls, building a sustainable business takes time, especially in the e-commerce space. The initial weeks are spent setting up essential components like your LLC, business bank accounts, and necessary infrastructure. Once those are in place, we focus on building your store and generating consistent sales, which can take a few months, particularly with the "Done With You" approach.
We’re glad to see that sales have now started on your store, and we will continue to provide ongoing support to ensure your success. As you know, we've had multiple Zoom meetings to address your concerns and provide detailed guidance, including our most recent conversation outlining next steps.
We truly apologize for any bumps in the road, and we’re confident that with the ongoing support we’re providing, you'll see continued improvements. We remain committed to your success and appreciate your patience as we work together toward achieving your goals.
Thank you again for being part of this journey with us, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Best regards,

The experience has been cool, I like it. This type of business is a new venture to me. With any type of business it takes a while to generate income and get that right scheduling where you can turn and tweak it. Every business is different and has to be specific for that business. It has to be tuned in to the management and how everything flows for it but once you to get to the right speed I think everything will be beautiful, the profits will be good and everything will be flowing in great. Its a great investment so far and I like it a lot.Review fromJeff B
