- All parcel delivery shipments can only beshipped to the confirmed billing address of the credit card and requirea valid phone number that we will call to confirm the purchase. AllFedEx and UPS orders require delivery signature upon arrival.
Internationalshipments may incur taxes/duties billed to the customer upon deliverydepending on the country goods are shipped to.
Oversized items such as body kits and aerodynamics products can be delivered to the billing address with the addedresidential surcharge or to a place of business at the commercial rate.
These measures have been implemented to avoid fraudulent purchases and to protect credit card holders. IP Addresses and internet service provider information is logged with each order. All fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law with local law enforcement as well as the FBI.
Backorders/Cancellations:
Ifproduct is in stock, most orders will be shipped within 48 hoursexcluding weekends and holidays. Most aerodynamics orders take 2 to 4weeks to receive from the date of purchase. In the event that there is abackorder, wait time may be 4 to 8 weeks.To cancel or return an orderyou MUST call us at 916-476-3925 during business hoursand you will be assigned a RMA number for your cancellation and a copyof the credit memo will be emailed you. No cancellations will beprocessed via e-mail or voice mail. Special orders and parts that aremade to order cannot be canceled once manufacturing has begun noexceptions.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Parts
Weall know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) arrivedefective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customerservice department as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use orinstall the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide youwith a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Product(s)must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by ashipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.
When a replacement part is requested to be shipped prior to the returnof original merchandise, we must temporarily authorize your credit carduntil the original merchandise is returned.
Oversized Freight Delivery Requires Inspection Upon Delivery (Tractor Trailer Shipments Only)
In most cases aerodynamics parts such as body kits, hoods, bumpers etcare too large to be shipped with a standard parcel carrier and must beshipped by freight liner. Freight deliveries require on site inspectionupon delivery before you sign the delivery bill. When the shipmentarrives, please be sure to thoroughly inspect the box and its contentsfor any major damage to the parts. You must unpack the order and removeeach item from the box to check for concealed damage. If you do finddamage to any of the items, please physically write "Damaged" on the delivery bill. You will then accept the shipment as is, andnotify us immediately. We will ask for digital pictures to verify thatdamage has occurred as it will be needed for processing the claim. Inthe instance major damage has occurred, we will file a damage claimwith the shipper and ship you new parts as soon as they are available.
**Pleasenote that if a product is damaged in transit and it was not inspectedat delivery and not noted so on the delivery bill, we will be unable toassist beyond that point. Once the customer signs the bill of ladenthe shipping company will not allow us to submit a claim on yourbehalf.
**For orders shipped to abody shop it is your responsibility to contact them prior to deliveryto ensure they inspect it before signing for it. If your body shopsigns for the package without inspecting its contents for concealeddamage we will not be able to file a claim for you with the shippingcompany.
Damaged Shipment (Parcel Delivery)
Someitems such as fenders, side skirts, small spoilers and more may beshipped with a parcel delivery service such as UPS, FedEx, DHL andmore. If you have received a parcel delivery and find concealed damageupon opening and inspecting the product please contact the shippingcompany immediately and initiate a claim using your tracking number. Once you have done this please login to your customer account and open acustomer service claim by selecting from the mid menu Customer Service-> Customer Service Claim. If you used express checkout and do not yet have an account on ourwebsite please follow the instructions on the bottom of the login pageunder "Customer Service Claims" and your order details will be upgradedto a customer account
Warranty/Liability:
DrivenBy Style LLC sells only authentic and genuine merchandise. We areauthorized distributors for most of the brands we carry, and honor thefull manufacturers warranty. If you purchase your product from us, andfind yourself needing warranty work or customer service, please clickon the Help Center tab from the mid menu of our website and click Customer Service Claim.You will then follow the on screen instructions and complete a formwhich we use to collect the claim details and upload your photos. Allorders are drop shipped directly from either the product manufacturer oran authorized distribution center. Driven By Style LLC stocks no onsiteinventory and we do not physically touch your order at any point intime.
Once your claim has beensubmitted to us we will review the details and send the claim to themanufacturer of the product for review. Claim requests take a minimumof two business days to review before we receive an initial response. At this time we will contact you with the status of your claim. Someclaims may take an extended amount of time to complete depending on themanufacturer and reason behind the claim.
