  Total ***************** Harassment - they have called not only me, but many of my known associates. They have broken so many laws before even speaking to them. They give your personal information to anyone who answers the phone. They are rude , refuse to give you any information, they stay we arent required to do that until court but have yet to send a single piece of mail with any information that Ive requested according to my legal rights as a consumer. Who can I contact to put a stop to their harassment and scams??

  Received a call from this company on my voicemail I did return the call I was told about the Debt before anything no Mini ******* was given to me thats a Full Voilation of the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act the debt is not on my credit she claims she cant send me a validation of the debt scams

  Just received a call from this place, stating that I owe $2k for a credit card bill. I asked when was the date for this and why I never received a bill. The lady instantly start being rude, I started being rude right along with her, calling her b's, etc etc. She stated we're taking me to court. I told her take me to court B, then she hung up the phone in my face. I called back and the call did not go through, total scam. They need to be put out of business. Nothing but bums trying to scam people out of their hard earned money. They talk big over the phone but I matched their energy and ran them off the phone. I'm sure I'll never get a call from them again.

  I got the same type of threatening call. The original call was made on a Friday so making calls to anyone who would be in a Frauds office,I would have to wait until Monday. I did some research on line. The results for these people is ridiculous. I confronted them with the information and they were really well rehearsed. If they would put all that effort into doing good, then the world might be a better place.

  I, too, received a call from this group with a voice mail msg stating, "... this is M.T. (name redacted per BBB TOS) I'm calling from document processing regarding a settlement(?) that is scheduled to be delivered by a process server either your home or place of employment. If no contact is the status this will be escalated and classified as a failure to be served. All questions or concerns must be addressed with the issuing office by contacting them directly at 888-xxx-****." The call came from 888-xxx-1184. I called the **** number back (blocking my number with *67). A professional sounding woman answered residential "TC & Associates". I asked what this was about. She asked for a docket number, and I replied that one was not provided. She then asked for the phone # that he left a message on. I asked more questions, "Where are you located (*************, **)?" Why did he call from a different number (because he's just a notifier and the calls get redirected to the collection agency to resolve the debt). I told her that there's no reason I should be getting a call like this. She explained that sometimes it's them trying to reach someone I may know, or it could be the wrong number. She asked for my phone number again; I refused. I told her that I would need to do some more research first before I start interacting with them. She immediately hung up.She did sound very professional. She was quick to answer questions confidently. But she's not fooling me today.

  I'll be receiving phone calls from his people and messages being left and a ***** number, three different ***** numbers these people are nothing but scammers I could tell right off the bat that these people are just trying to scam me somehow and obviously from the reviews I was correct

  They told me that they were going to serve me papers and come to my home or work if I didnt pay off a $3,000 medical bill from over 10 years ago when I lived in **. They were very persistent that I must pay today or get served and summonsed to court. I was on the phone with them forever while they kept telling me they would file a summons to me and that they would take me to court, garnish my wages, etc. I was so stressed out until I got on here and saw the comments about them not being BBB accredited and it being a scam.

  I received a recording that stated they were trying to serve a summons. TC Group and Associates. The number that called and the return call number did not match, the person's name that left the message did not match the person that I called back - no answer by the way only another recording. I was prompted to leave a message. I did not leave a message but I did block the number and reported them as a scam to the **** *******************************************. If anyone else should receive calls like this, please report them. The *** will investigate and if they are unscrupulous, they will take care of them. Going off other reviews, this looks like an organization that needs to be shut down. I urge you to report them to the *** and let's get this place shut down before a poor soul is scammed out of money. I would like to point out that I do not owe any money to anyone, I do not have old accounts that are unpaid - this is a total scam. I am glad that I did some homework before falling for anyting. I URGE EVERYONE TO DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE MAKING ANY CALLS AND GIVING ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

  Its definitely a scam. i got called today 3/7/23. I supposedly have a 400 dollar outstanding debt with Bank of the west that has been charged off. I never made the charges they tried to collect from me. Bank of the west is a scam outfit and so is this collection agency. What a country.
