However, the app incorrectly routed my order to a Panda Express location at *********************** in *********, ******. As soon as I noticed the mistake right after placing the order, I looked for a way to cancel the order in the app but could not find one. I then immediately called the Panda Express restaurant at ************** to request a cancellation.The manager I spoke with confirmed that the order would be canceled and assured me that I would receive a refund within two weeks. on April 3, 2025. I placed a delivery order through the Panda Express app. A couple of entres and a couple of bottled Mexican cokes.The order was delivered by DoorDash. My two cokes were not delivered. When I clicked Help on the order delivery tracking it sent me to ******** representative. The ******** representative assured me that I would receive a 15% refund of the total order Which is not even the amount I paid for the cokes it is less That upset me in itself, but I accepted the poor resolutionfor that I was advised that I would have this refund within 12 to 13 business days and I never got the refund. When I out to ******** about this, I spoke to someone who to be quite honest, it seemed like they had no idea what was going on. They essentially said it would be up to the restaurant to refund the money and the restaurant would reach out to me within the next 24 hours. Well guess what I have not received any contact from the restaurant at all. I even submitted complaint through the contact form on the Panda Express website on April 22 request (*******). I still have not received any response at all from anyone I cant believe that no one is reaching out to me to resolve this.Business Response

Im extremely embarrassed and disappointed. I ordered ( order number #*****************) this to celebrate a special moment with my significant other. One bite in, they were instantly disgusted and ended up vomiting. I tried it myself and the food tasted stalethe **** mein was dry and crispy, and the orange chicken was hard to chew. It honestly tasted like it had been sitting out for hours.The order had just been delivered when this happened, and Im now taking the time to write this report. I wanted to please reach out regarding an experience I had at Panda Express inside ***************** in ******, I had the opportunity to go to the mall and was excited to be at Fashion Fairs food court after a long day of shopping We made it to the food court and had a ton of options to choose from We decided we would have Panda as its been over 10 years! We were so excited to try out the menu again and missed their delicious orange chicken and **** mein We approached the front line to place our order and we were not greeted, the gentleman in the front kept making a face at my daughter.She was recently diagnosed with a medical condition where she has to be in a wheelchair, It makes it very difficult for her to see over the counter to see what to order.The employee kept pressuring her and made her visibly upset, the team members name was *****, and he was very rude!He kept laughing at my daughters condition and made it difficult for us to enjoy our meal, he was not attentive whatsoever and made it terrible experience.We have the footage on video and want to share it with social media outlets. Called the store to complain about my food. The workers were reluctant to let me speak with a manager. ******* to be specific. I complained.
