    PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY an absolute nightmare. End of December I finally pulled the trigger to buy a new couch as i was moving to a new state and i had been contemplating on Anaheim because i have two Mastiffs and with the couch being washable, pet friendly and stain resistant, i thought this would be an amazing addition. I WAS WRONG. Pet hair CLINGS to the material so bad and had so many stains that will not wash out after only having the couch for 2 months. I emailed them and expressed my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with this and they basically told me to kick rocks because there was only a 30 day guarantee. I even told ******* that i would send back the covers for a different material or color in hopes that they would exchange it. They denied that as well. So now im am disputing this for fraud and false advertising. So many other people have experienced this same thing and i hope this will stead you away from this couch company Not to mention that the seat back is so uncomfortable. They fall to the back and never stay in place. I will definitely be getting something else as im so irritated

    I purchased a couch from Anabei based on their advertised claims of high quality and pet-friendly materials. What I received was far from what was described. The couch is extremely uncomfortable, with metal bars pressing through the cushions, making it difficult to sit or lie down for extended periods. The cushions lose their shape almost immediately after use and require constant fluffing to maintain any support.Despite being marketed as fur-repellent, pet hair clings to the fabric excessively and is nearly impossible to remove. Additionally, the amount of assembly required was not disclosed upfront. The couch arrived in multiple pieces, and every single part had to be put together, which was unexpected for a product of this type.After realizing these issues, I attempted to contact the company for a resolution. However, I discovered that Anabei does not provide a verifiable business address and uses a domain privacy service to conceal its identity. This raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability.I would not recommend purchasing from this company. The product does not match the description, and their lack of business transparency makes it difficult to seek resolution if there are any issues.

    I purchased an ottoman slipcover. It took a while to arrive because they make it after the order rather than pulling it off a shelf. I do not own their furniture. Im sure it may be helpful for young families who spill baby bottles or koolaid but its basically a folding metal lawn chair frame with attached pillows, covered by a slip cover, for a relaxed look. The plus is that its completely washable and modular. The downside is its a lightweight frame and theres a wait for the build. That being said, I absolutely love the item and the fabric that I ordered ( Heritage Velvet in I think it was called ****). It was well sewn, and the seams were finished nicely on the inside so it wont fray when laundered.

    We purchased this couch expecting comfort and quality, but it has been a huge disappointment. The cushions are so uncomfortable that sitting for any length of time becomes painful. In fact, **** had to spend money on chiropractor visits because of how bad this couch is for our backs. Given how much we spent, we expected much better.That said, we do love the fabric and the fact that the covers are machine washablethose are the only positives. But whats the point of a great-looking couch if its too uncomfortable to use?To make matters worse, when we reached out for a solution, we were told we could pay an additional $80 per cushionon top of what weve already spentwith no guarantee it would actually fix the problem. Its absurd to be expected to spend even more just to maybe make the couch usable.We regret this purchase and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. If youre looking for a comfortable, well-made couch, look elsewherethis one isnt it!

    Let's start this by saying Anabei blocked me on ******** first commenting my real review of their product, warning other people about how terrible it is! That alone should show you how shady they are. I ordered my couch in November 2023 and received it around January 2024. Then I received a second order... of the same couch. In good faith, I told them and asked them to come get the double shipment. It took them 2 whole weeks to respond and figure out how to get these massive boxes back. Customer support sucks! I then reached out asking for new covers because mine snagged and frayed so bad. It took over a month to even get a real response. I am asking for the comfort layers now and was told two weeks ago that the support team would reach out to me. Still haven't heard back. The couches **** but customer service is just horrendous. The couches slide apart, the covers move around everywhere and the pillows are so uncomfortable and misshapen unless you spend 20 minutes a day fluffing them. I wish I would've returned it while I was in the return period! Btw - impossible to get the couch pieces back in the boxes they'd want you to ship back in. That alone makes it such a scam and they know it!

    The absolute worst couch Ive ever sat on the reviews are very misleading on their website. The couch is the most uncomfortable thing Ive ever sat on and unfortunately myself and my parents bought one. **************** isnt great so I dont know how they have such good reviews online on their site, I regret so much buying this couch and I cannot wait to get rid of it

    Worst couch ever! Waste of my time and money. Took over a month to get. Super uncomfortable to sit on. Backs are too low. Material snagged on first day. Not pet friendly! **************** is horrible and almost impossible to get ahold of. Returned it luckily from finally getting a response after emailing and calling multiple times. Do better Anabei! You definitely pay for all your high praise reviews. All my negative comments and feedback gets deleted on social media. There is no place on the website to leave a genuine review. Thats just shady business.

    As others have stated, customer service is horrible. I've been waiting 3 months for my bed shipment. I finally received 3/4 boxes, but the final box was damaged during shipment and returned to Anabei. They can't tell me when the final box will ship and I'm losing hope that the correct parts will even show up. This company is terrible. Buyer beware!

    ***** customer service. Ive only received half of the sectional I ordered and neither Anabei nor ***** (who lost HALF the couch) have been helpful in locating it or even caring that this has happened. Its near impossible to get in contact with Anabei, it takes hours to days for responses with any problems via email and no one calls you back or answers the phone. This company should be shut down.
