      For nearly a year, I’ve been contacting Avanquest customer support for a very annoying problem with their WebWasy software that crashes routinely every two weeks, the program has to be uninstalled and reinstalled in order to work again.

      Although, they have replied to every email that I have sent them and have admitted that they are aware of the issue, but have NOT offered a solution for fixing the problem yet.

      Many other WebEasy users also have experienced similar problems, but the company still is selling faulty product online on their website or Amazon.

      The problem with this product is either caused by the disconnected activation server at their site that no longer completes the activation process or they are just selling a trial version of the software. If this is the case, then it should be reported as an online Fraud.

      Not trusted business. A couple years ago I bought a few software from them along with CD for back-up if I needed to re-install it. I bought a new laptop which does not have a slot for CD. I called them and asked for assistance but they said me I should buy it again if I need to install it on my new laptop. Not fair to the customers. Operating like con artists. Lame.
