I recently went to *** to enquire about being a student there. My boyfriend had also went to enquire about HVAC when we first got there we were met with hostile energy from the ambassadors. My boyfriend had told his ambassador that he was interested in a 6pm class. His ambassador told him that they only had one slot open so he asked him to save it for him. The ambassador, ****, told him that the spot was full and then came in to my room to see if I was applying. Once he saw I was applying he later went back and lied to him saying a spot opened up. That weirded out my boyfriend and he asked him to stop lying to him. He said he was not lying but my boyfriend did not believe him as it was the principal that said the spots were filled. He later told my boyfriend that be would be nothing but a highschool drop out and that thats all he was destined to be. Without giving him the chance to respond, he made him leave. I had already accepted and had enrolled but had to leave due to work. I had let my ambassador ******* know once I was leaving and his whole demeanor towards me changed. Once my boyfriend had told me about his encounter I no longer wanted to enroll in ***. This morning I was awaken to a voicemail telling me to leave all the drugs, money, and *** behind or else Id stay behind. This came from a *** number. I called my rep ******* to tell him I no longer wanted to be enrolled especially after this voicemail. After I called him he said he, without my knowledge, unenrolled me because he thought I wouldnt want to do it since my boyfriend no longer was doing. I loved the tour at *** and was wanting to go until I was met with all this hostility.

This school is horrible. If I could leave zero stars I would. They committed fraud and charged my almost $20,000 in school loans. They refuse to give me my certificate. They double charged me on FASFA for $3,500 and $6,000 but they told me it was just the $3,500 so, where does the 20k come from? If this is not handled soon I will be pressing charges

This is the second negative review submitted by ************* our previous response, we stated that due to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), we are unable to respond in detail regarding ************** claims. FERPA is a federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. As ************** posted her review to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) public page, we cannot respond in detail in this forum to protect ************** privacy regarding her situation. In general, students read and sign an Enrollment Agreement during the enrollment process. The Enrollment Agreement clearly lists the tuition and fees associated with the specific program. Students are provided a copy of their Enrollment Agreement for their records. Typically, students apply for federal student aid to cover the majority of their educational expenses. For the remaining amount (if there is one) not covered by federal student aid loans and grants, the student will make arrangements to cover the remaining amount either with a cash payment or obtaining an installment payment plan. Students may contact the ************************** at their campus to discuss their financial aid arrangements at any time. To obtain a copy of the diploma, students must have graduated from the program and graduates must be current with their repayment of tuition to be eligible to receive a copy of their diploma. Although a graduate with an unaddressed student account balance is not eligible to receive their diploma, the graduate may request an education verification to be sent to any potential employers. To request an education verification, Ms. ***** may contact: *************************** and submit the request to be sent to a specific employer. The Corporate Registrar is happy to provide any education verifications requested.

I regret applying with this school. Professors were great but admissions lack communication between students and faculty. I finished my program and because I wasnt about to pay the monthly rate at the time due to Covid, they refused to give me my certificate. Now instead of being in my career, I work in fast food and have school debt with no degree in exchange.

In Ms. ******* customer review, she claims that she was let down by the School, but she does not provide any specific information as to what she believes she did not receive during her education. Without having more information, we are unable to address this complaint in detail. In general, prospective students are provided with an Enrollment Agreement prior to enrolling at the School. The Enrollment Agreement states the program, start date, program cost and the terms and conditions which the prospective student reads and signs to indicate their agreement. Additionally, the student is provided with a School Catalog which lists the program information and School policies. If a prospective student chooses to apply for financial aid, the student is also required to read and sign their financial agreement and adhere to all requirements that are listed in the contract. As we are limited in providing student information in a public forum, we request that **************** contact the Schools Campus ********** ************************* at ************** if she has any questions regarding her educational experience.
