"Worst company ever and horrible customer service I placed an order back in January and I still dont have my order and its now almost April of 2024 I have attempted to contact multiple ways via the email provided ****************** etc no water what I try I receive no update on shipment of my order just an automatic reply that it could take up to 14 business days to have order shipped which I think its been well over that I have gotten fed up with reaching out to the company and have sent multiple emails for them to cancel my order I no longer want their bs service or product and asked for a full refund in which I still got no reply so now Im out almost 100$ and still no product or contact made by the company if I could leave zero stars I totally would this is the reason small companies or business dont succeed because of people this and the man who runs it"
