I have been harassed, disrespected and reprimanded like I'm not an adult by these people. Primarily by the uninformed accounting people demanding money on a bond I had already paid in full. Then this next time I used them I went into office around 2pm, did am hours worth of paperwork, paid a ridiculous amount , was assured bond would be posted and my boyfriend would be out before midnight. I called bond company after jail informed nothing was ever posted by 8pm! O**** went home, never left instructions for next. Shift and never did anything besides take my money. It has been 24 hours and I am still waiting for bail to go through. Horrible customer service. Rude agent! Lazy AGENT. DONT USE THEM

The Bail Hotline Bail Bonds should lose their licenses and be prosecuted in court for identity theft. Their so-called finance manager took my credit card information over the phone to pay off a family member's bail. Hours later; I get a text message from my credit card company stating that they were declining transactions out of state for Door Dash, Dominoes Pizza and other(9) transactions that I did not make on this particular card. I contacted the Bail Hotline about these charges. I was asked what evidence did I have regarding these incidents. I know it was them because I rarely use this particular card. I did not check this site earlier to read the horrible reviews about this company.
I contacted the FTC and other government agencies including the Banning Police Department to inform them of the identity theft and to dispute the fraud. I called the Riverside County District Attorney's office as well about this occurrence. I was told to call my credit card company and let them handle it.
Please, please DO NOT use this company ever! I see why identity theft is so rampant in the world. Everyone passes the buck and NO one wants to deal with all of the crime these petty individuals cause in your life. I am filing a claim against Door Dash as well. There should be more 2-step verification's in place along with pass codes before you can use an unsuspecting person's credit card information against them that results in a headache for you and even more higher fees with credit card companies.

I went in to the Rancho Cucamonga office to pay the full amount that was due. I gave the person $3000 in cash, they never counted it in front of me, they put the money into a counting machine to check that the bills were not counterfeit, they said the machine was acting up, they reloaded it again and put the cash into a vault, still never verifying the amount. After that they said I was $500 short? I keep on questioning them about the method that they received the cash.At first they said the counterfeit machine did not count it, which was wrong, it was at that point when they went to the vault to deposit the cash, they took $500 and kept it for themselves. At that point they said I was short $500. I keep on questioning them about the procedure. Then they told me that both Machines counted it the same way? They took the $500 off the top and kept it for them selves.
What a bunch of crooks, they should be in Jail!

Do not use this Bails Bond! They are thieves! They used my brand new credit card that I had never ever used before and only given to them to Bail my son out .. taking advantage of me and all my information..?? charged $95 worth of food from DoorDash and other fast food places as well as a tobacco shop! 3 different places the same day ! The bank said within an hour and a half of me giving them my information! I gave My credit card info to them to make a payment for my son's bail at 2:00 PM by 3:30 PM they had already charged 3 different things on my card! My bank verified it! I canceled all my cards.???? They for sure are crooks and try to talk very fast and rush you through the process of bailing any of your beloved ones out. My bank called me that night too alert me of suspicious activity on this brand new card I have never given anyone but Hotline bail Bonds... Good for you crooks! What goes around comes around!
