"They refused to give me a refund saying they could not provide one but yet they can refund everything else I have requested, they steal your money and you cant get it back, I am no longer supporting EA and I will no longer be purchasing anything at ****** go into detail- I have been refunded for multiple bundles in Star Wars galaxy of heroes, I was told by EA that the web store offers to gift, when I purchased the bundle to gift for a friend the bundle came to me and not him, I requested a refund for my 35$ I paid and I was told by EA that they cannot do any refunds!" ...
