    The customer service for this company is the worst I've ever seen. As other reviewers have commented, the answers are very robotic and nothing gets accomplished. I have repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor and there is never anyone available and it's always over chat, which sometimes is not effective at all. I have called or emailed 6-10 times and there is still no resolution to my problem. Very disappointed.

    I have made and ordered a number of projects through Mixbook. One I recently completed, ordered, received, sent as a gift was awesome. Unfortunately when I went back to reorder additional copies, the project was missing. I talked with 5 customer service reps and a supervisor over a month trying to get the project restored. In the end, they said it was impossible. Their explanation was that an audit or system update must have automatically deleted, removed, or changed original. Luckily none of my other projects went missing. My only recourse is to begin the original project again. They did credit my account with $ due to the inconvenience. I'm thankful for that. But not pleased that I have to begin again. If I had to do all of the projects over again, I think I would go with a different company.

    Well, its simple. The website is easy to use, promising, and offer an array of options. The issue is they are unable to execute the delivery process. Instead of over promising, the company should add a few days to their expected delivery dates. Everyone has the same issue with the company. For my purchase, I followed the Holiday order by dates advertised my MixBook. I paid the extra $32 ( has been refunded) to receive earlier and that date has come and gone. The shipping label was created at 6:54 a.m. on the expected delivery date. After reaching out to customer service via chat, ****** **** stated that the package is ready for pickup and to monitor the *** using the tracking link. Im not writing the company off because I havent received my purchase. However, it is disappointing so please order a month before the week before you really need it. 2 months for a safety net!

    I would never recommend using mixed books to make a photo book. My experience was very bad. First I almost finished my book, 3/4 done. When I opened it later in the day, the layout was completely distorted with each page only having one picture all the way through. When I called customer service, they said there was nothing they could do. I just needed to re-enter the pictures. The second problem I had was a button disappeared that was critical in managing photo availability . Once again, they said there was nothing that they could do. My only choice was to search through over 200 photos to see if there are duplicates or not. Day three my problem was, I saved my book, then went to another task. I opened my book, and at least 50 photos that had been placed were now blank spots. I called them and asked how to restore my photos. They said there was no way to do that. I asked that if we saved the photos and the company says that they save it every minute how come there is not a restore option. There is no restore option. I was supposed to put in all the photos again. After three instances, and at least six hours on the phone, Please do not use Mixbook. I have put in so many hours of time and have no product.

    Free 8.5 x 8.5 Photo Book, a promotion ending 9-30-2023 is apparently a scam. I went to order a book and put my "Unique Code" in and then created my photo book, taking time and effort to choose photographs I wanted in the book and their layout. Came time to finish the order I was told my "Unique Code" was not valid. To save all my time and effort I had to pay full price for the Photo Book. The promotion came in an email from Legacybox. Legacybox, however, has washed their hands of any involvement with the promotion and suggested I contact Mixbook. I have sent them an email and am waiting for a response from the company. This is a classic bait and switch scam, offer a free item and provide a "Unique Code", then refuse to honor it once you've finished. I have had several books made by the Company, but have not been treated like this before. Apparently, to Mixbook, FREE means absolutely nothing.

    Bought 3 books and these are the best thing ever! Books are sturdy, great price and shipping was fast! Definitely will keep buying and making these books. So much better than the scrap books I started for the kids!

    I ordered two 75-page photo books on 12/10 and paid for expedited, two-day shipping with expected delivery on 12/19. I checked the website on the 15th and the order was noted as "ready to ship". On the 16th, the order was noted as "shipped" and a link to the *** tracking. For two days, the *** tracking noted " delivery date not available". I began reaching out to customer service on 18th, realizing that my books were not going to be delivered on time and to find out the reason for the delay. I reached out on the website chat line several times and finally was given a phone number to speak to a representative. Three representatives were contacted and each one gave a different story to explain why I hadn't received the books, and no one was able to put me in contact with a Manager. Meanwhile, I emailed the "help" and "support" email contacts and the same pre-scripted answers were given. On December 24th, with no tracking information or follow-up by any means, I requested a refund. I was told I had to wait until the 27th to be sure the books wouldn't magically appear. Today is the 28th, and after reaching out again with a request for refund and reprint of my books, I was told I could have a "10% discount with the re-print to make up for the delays and frustration". I am appalled that there is not an actual human **************** Manager that these complaints get elevated to. The humans we contacted are located overseas and have no actual contact with anyone who works in *********************** and have no authority or interest in resolving problems. The responses are on the surface very conciliatory, but they are empty promises and dishonest. We are still attempting to reach a Manager, to no avail. Unfortunately, I wasted days working on the lengthy books and wasted almost as much time trying to get to the bottom of what happened to them. I am so disappointed, being a first-time customer, as several resources cite Mixbook as the best photo book company.

    Extremely robotic customer service. I'll get an email saying my order is delayed and customer service will say " I'll be receiving it possibly the next day " I'll call again and they say it hasn't even been printed yet. Very bored pat answers, lick the can down the road. I ordered in plenty of time for the holidays within there time frame. Extremely frustrated. Making the book was fun and pain free but I feel like a dupe at the moment and this will impact on my gifts this season.
