My complaint is this company YouGov as different rewards you could pick from. I pick direct deposit to my checking account for $50. To *************. they make it so hard I have alot of points but not the problem is I was doing the research survey but it stuck now an this company doesn't fix it. I feel this yougov is a scam.

After many hours of diligently filling out and completing surveys for the promise of a reward when reaching a goal number of points, Yougov promised a reward. When I tried to claim the reward the message said I had to achieve the same number of points that I already had! So I had wasted all that time doing long surveys for no reward. They conveniently disappeared afterwards

Yougov have the worst customer service. They do not respond back. I have emailed them three times because for the first time I never received my ***** and didn't get my point back into my account. I had a bill to pay!

Brain robbery. These questions are super personal and they want all your info. I reached 7000 points after hour and half of answering questions on abortion, politics, my age, gender, what I think of everything from ***** to fast food. I need ***** more points for 15 dollar gift card. What? My time and opinions are worth far more. This breaks down to about 2 dollars an hour??? Like I said, thought robbery. They know enough about you already from online habits. Don't give them more for basically free.Marketing research and consumer info makes companies way more profitable. I'm not using my down time to get pennies tossed to me while my personal habits, financial standing, political affiliation, interests, hot button issues make them even more powerful and super wealthy. Its demeaning and doesn't feel right.Walk a dog, take an elderly person food shopping, yard work for a neighbor, get off your couch and do something for the greater good. It would likely pay more or at least make you feel better about yourself. Not to mention the extra energy some users needed to impose just to get their "pennies". Heat wave and stuck inside and I'm still completely out.

At this point I heavily doubt that YouGov will pay me the remainder $150 incentive, of the $300 incentive.I am so disappointed in YouGov.It's almost 2 months and I still haven't received the full incentive amount. They've only issued me half after continuously contacting them for about a month to no avail. Then BBB were able to reach out to them and contact them and eventually I was issued half of the pay.In 3 days it'll be 3 weeks after constantly contacting them multiple times asking even for a date range of when I should expect the 2nd incentive, as it'll be 2 months that had passed by then. YouGov simply just ignore and not contact or it may take months to hear even of a simple response from them. They contact if they feel like it or not, in most cases they do not or it can take month(s).This isn't my first time trying to contact YouGov. I've been with YouGov for 4 years, and although they definitely have their minor flaws. This is the worst predicament by far. At this point I can't even recommend them to anyone because of negligent situations as this that they view as okay. Each time it is a nightmare, because it may literally be a month or months if you ever hear back from any of their "Teams". If a company or organization is this severely understaffed perhaps? Then it's best to hire many more employees because it gives the strong appearance of negligence and unprofessionalism.I am so very disappointed, I could cry.I know they're not going to pay me the 2nd half of my incentive, which is false advertisement.

I enjoy receiving and completing the surveys that YouGov sends. I like the opportunity to earn Amazon credits or other gift cards while making my opinions known. Upon reaching ****** points (each survey is worth a certain number of points, most commonly between 250 and *****), users have the opportunity to redeem an Amazon gift card of $15, though it takes about three weeks to process. However, on Dec. 5 I received the following message: "You have successfully redeemed your points for $ **** Amazon e-code. We are processing your request, and your e-code will be emailed to the email address associated with your YouGov account within 3 weeks." It's been more than three weeks. Still no e-code! I tried reaching out and have not received a response. There needs to be a better way of either checking the status or reporting issues with gift card payment. Overall, I like YouGov. I just don't like that you can't seem to count on getting the gift cards.

I got the following email from YouGov on 10/31/2022, "Upon successful completion of the survey and its requests, your YouGov account will be credited with an extra **** points and a $10 gift card. I completed the survey and gave them my amazon information because they said they would pay for it. I never got the **** points or the $10 gift card. I have sent 7 emails with no response. You are scamming people, so how can anyone trust your surveys? Just, pay what you owe. I'm so sick of scams. Your customer service has always been poor, just look at all of the complaints on the BBB site! Please credit my account and send me my gift card as you promised.

Total scam artists! Promised a $25 Amazon gift card after three weeks and no response yet. They should be sued for fraud.
