"Solace has charged ******** well over $2,000 for their services and what I have received so far is one medical record I'm on my second Advocate and they have no clue how to obtain medical records one Advocate told me I could just go pick up my medical records at my provider that was in ******* I'm currently in ****** so I don't know how they think that would be an easy thing to do They are health care provider that's how they are able to charge ******** but don't know how to get medical records I don't know what I would do if I had a real problem I don't think I would count on them just my opinion but when they're wasting that much taxpayer money and the aggravation of them not being able to do a simple task I would not recommend them"
