    Rude, unprofessional and unwelcoming. Owner failed to correctly take down payment information which resulted in the assistant harassing me for a correct form of payment. I was in the middle of a medical surgery and the assistant ***** knew and still continued to harass and blow my phone up in the middle of my procedure which is just a disgusting action in my opinion. When my husband went to go make payment, they all decided they were going to leave three hours early which resulted in us not being able to make the payment.I go in to give cash payment the next day after they gave me a false amount they tried to sneak $15 extra on my bill, I was greeted with an aggressive dog, that not only charged me once but twice, the assistant ***** laughed at the dogs actions then proceeded to put the dog in another room saying.Its not agressive but thats not true. The owners wife let the aggressive dog out a second time which resulted in it charging at me again both had no care or concern about my safety as a customer and the fact that they allow this and think its funny and OK just shows they are not professional and not mature enough to be running a business every time theyve come out the jobs have been unsatisfying and have to have another plumber. Come out to redo their work save your time and go to royal plumbing.
