    If you like clean sheets on your bed, then this is not the place to go! On 8/17/2024 I stayed at the hilltop best western plus in ******* with my kids. I paid over 230 dollars for a standard double queen when my daughter pulled the covers back for bed there was toe nail clippings in the bed. We went down to the front desk and waited for all other guests to leave the lobby before bringing it up to the worker there who did move us into a room and said we would maybe get a discount. The next morning when I checked out I was told to call on Monday to see if I get a discount. When I called I was told I would get a call back and never did so called again and spoke to the general manager who said these things happen and the best she could do was give me some points (which I never got) and a 28 dollar discount. I could have stayed at any motel for a lot cheaper if I wanted a dirty used bed.
