Bait and Switch scheme: HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE and CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I cancelled my membership with 1 leftover paid credit for the last month. Per their ex-manager Andrea, I can still come in one last time to use that last credit. I called and made an appointment with Emily and confirmed with her that I still have 1 leftover credit and she said verified yes and they will honor what Andrea said. I called again the same day of my appointment to confirm that I can use my credit and I was on my way, again, they said verified yes. I arrived and checked in with Summer and again confirmed with her that I want to use my last credit and she said yes, she sees it in the system and verified that I have last credit to use for just a classic set. I got set up by my tech in the room and again she went out of the room to talk to Summer again outside to confirm that I only had one credit good for a classic set. After the service was done, I went to the desk to check out and Summer said I now have to pay full price now for the classic set because she does not see my credit at all. I had her call the manager, Lexy and they informed me that if I do not want to pay full price, I can sign back up again as a member and get the discount. I informed them absolutely I will not pay for this service after I verified several times that I had one more credit to use that I already paid for. Summer was extremely rude, the manager Lexi refused to talk to me. Then the manager said that I can just pay the $30 if I refused to pay for the full classic set and again I said no, I still have one last credit to use that was already fully paid. Summer then informed me that if I refused to pay, I will be banned from coming to this business. Summer's excuse was that they have new people and does not know how to use the system. I told Summer that she herself verified my leftover credit and her excuse was "I don't know what to tell you."I have never has to deal with a business so unprofessional and shady
