    This is the second time I have placed an order online with Sak and not received it. The company does not use shipping companies I am familiar with. This time they used Speedx and my order arrived at their ******* location three weeks ago with no movement. I reached out to Sak and they want to refund me instead of sending me a replacement. They really push for a refund so they dont have to track down your order or put effort into getting you a replacement.

    I browsed The Sak website today. I entered no personal information, put nothing into a cart, and engaged in no transactions. I just got a marketing email from them. I guess I'm not ordering from The Sak then.

    Its been about 2 weeks and havent received notification about my package. Just that it is STILL BEING PACKAGED. No shipping or tracking information. I have asked for a refund. But was told they wont do a refund until I receive the item then send it back in order to get a refund! How is that possible if they havent sent it to me.
