    Complete Interiors looked over my carpets and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work. They explained exactly what needed to be done and made me feel very comfortable with them in my home. They were able to lift all of the problem areas and leave my carpets looking and smelling amazing. They were so professional and I know that I will continue to use them for all my carpet cleaning needs.

    I had such a wonderful experience with this company. Compete Interiors did a wonderful job and I loved everyting about working with them. They showed up on time and were extremely professional. I had both my carpets and my kitchen tile done. They both look like they're brand new. I highly recommend this company. I thought their prices were excellent as well.

    Gerry M the owner of Complete Interiors and carpet cleaning is unprofessional, disrespectful and has poor time management. My main concern about my carpet was to have the track marks cleaned and removed. He guaranteed he would do it and it wouldn’t be an issue. My appt was Oct 14 between 9-10 and he didn’t show until almost noon. First he told me his app messed up, then he told me he had PT. Regardless, I had him start work and he ended up cleaning the carpet twice. Took 3 full days for the carpet to dry (when he told me a few hours). An air mover was provided the next day when I complained about how wet the carpet was. On Oct 18, I texted Gerry telling him I was unsatisfied with the work and I would like a $100 refund (I didn’t want him to clean again because the process was just too much). He immediately called me yelling screaming saying he deserves to be paid for his work. Which is fine, considering I paid $380 and I’m only asking for $100 back (remind you his website saying “100% money back satisfaction guaranteed”). After he was done arguing with me, he said he would come by in an hour to refund me, no show. Next day I texted him following up, and he called me again yelling and telling me I was “defaming his character” and he was going to sue me…for what I don’t know. Finally he came to my house, had me sign a release (because he “deleted me as a customer”) and refunded me $100. Although my carpet is cleaner, I wasn’t satisfied. I could have asked for a full refund, but I didn’t. Please consider another business.
