      1. Initial visit *** did not check for un-level floor areas, in which S&G admitted oversight.2. Sales *** did not disclose regulated home temp of 60 degrees at "all times required "for laminate. They neglected to ask me if I would be occupying this home 100% of the time as my full time residence.3. ***************** tracked grey mud/cement onto other floors as neglected to cover them and threw area rug outside into rain. They used our refrigerator-unsanitary.4. The crew arrived unprepared with no leveling product/equipment.5. Sales *** did not present the correct sample baseboards when I purchased. Crew brought wrong ones.#1 -#5 resulted in a standstill with flooring ripped out for 2 weeks and could not enter our home. Further:6. In receipt of a call from **************** ***resentative, he did not have thorough, accurate information about this project and i needed to clarify some items. He became belligerent, did not allow me to speak, and he bullied me with threats, harsh words, and mocked me as i tried to provide further clarification. I reported him to upper management as he does not represent "customer service" in any way.7. Director of **************** then called me. No mention or apology for the prior CSR! I was now being informed ** will not warranty "any type of flooring" if the purchasing home owner does not reside in the home 100% of the time. First he said 50% of the time, and wavered back to 100%. He was very vague! We occupy this home 50% of time, but he said further, "If you let a friend(s) visit your home, overnight, while you are not present, it is considered a "rental category" even if no rent money received. and will hot warranty.Due to the stress, disrespect, poor communications, lack of transparency and negligence, I canceled this project with S&G as they confirmed they would provide me a full refund of $4880.03. Fortunately, we found a more sophisticated and professional flooring company. What a relief!

      I sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to your review. I only discovered it today, March 26, 2025, and I regret not seeing it sooner to address your concerns in a more timely manner. Im deeply sorry for the frustrating experience you had with our team. We clearly fell short of the standards we aim to uphold, and I wish I had been aware earlier so I could have stepped in to help find a better resolution beyond the full refund of $4,880.03 that we provided. Thank you for bringing this to our attention,and Im truly sorry for the stress and inconvenience you endured. If theres anything further I can do, please dont hesitate to reach out.
