"sent them my bill of lading for trucking and gave them my tax exempt form they said they got it now they lost it and said 11 days went buy and won't refund my sales tax won't do business with them again, further more what does the trucking bill of lading have to do with sales tax they said if I went out of state on my own to pick it up they wouldn't refund the sales tax either"

"Bought a cargo van on Dec 6 2023 and still waiting for title now today's date is 1-25-2024 and I called them and they don't know what the problem is, they told me that there is a problem with the titles department and she was in a hurry like she wanted to hung up, really Bad customer service and I still don't know what a else I can do."
