Stay away from Good Green Moving! What seemed like a promising start turned into an absolute disaster:Initial Service: Quickly responsive to urgent storage needs, then completely silent.Billing Chaos: No charges or communication for months, followed by sudden, unjustified billing. Erratic demands with no rationale.Deception over Bankruptcy: The owner misleadingly spoke of "going into marketplaces," hiding their actual financial ruin discovered only through a third party.Exploitative Charges: Employed "recurring charges" to extract money long after ceasing services, fabricating costs for non-existent services. A clear *********************************** An alarming absence, leading to inflated quotes for retrieving stored items and financial duress for customers.Customer Disrespect: The approach to service and customer care is predatory, exploiting trust and leaving a trail of financial and emotional distress. This ordeal wasn't just a series of unfortunate events but a calculated exploitation under the guise of legitimate business. Good Green Moving is unequivocally untrustworthy. Their practices are designed to mislead and profit at the expense of their customers.I'm sharing my ordeal to prevent others from falling victim. If you're considering Good Green Moving, please reconsider for your own peace of mind and financial well-being.Do not let them exploit you as they have others. Your trust and business deserve better.

Do not use Good Green moving. We used Good Green to move and store our items while we were renovating our house. We paid approx $15,000 in moving and storage fees, only to have over $6,000 worth of high value items stolen as a result of the move / storage. Owner claims they were not stolen, but has not been able to find any of the items and the items were all very specific, high *****************. Read some of the other reviews and youll find similar stories. Some of my boxes that I personally packed were even cut open, items removed and re-taped. In addition, the moving and storage was haphazard and unprofessional. Items poorly packed, damaged, scratched, thrown in piles. In addition to the items that were stolen, many other items suffered damage. False / Fraudulent claims on Good Greens website, they claim:- A secure and successful move. False. Over $6,000 worth of items were stolen as a result of moving and storing with Good Green. The moving process through Good Green was not secure. - A Better Business Bureau (BBB) A+ rating. False, they are rated F on Better Business Bureau and a search for their company on their site will reveal similar complaints to my situation, e.g. items being stolen by their company. - Store your items in a temperature controlled warehouse. False. Their storage facility is a metal building without A/C located in a part of ********** that regularly sees temperatures above 100 degrees fahrenheit and the items we stored with them showed signs of being stored at high temperatures (e.g. rubber was degrading, adhesive was melted on items).

Warning! These folks have closed, but are still showing up in listings (and I hear rumors they're still taking clients). However, they have been ghosting their customers for the last 7+ weeks. They moved our furniture out of our house and placed it in storage while we remodeled. When they moved the stuff back, multiple items had damage - gouges, cracks and scratches. And a couple of our accessories were missing. The day of the move, management responded with a request for photos of the damage. Since then, they haven't responded to emails, texts, or calls. And I'm seeing many people with similar stories. Do NOT use them for your move.

I would avoid using Good Green Movers out of ********. Their movers showed up reeking of weed, took twice the time allocated to move a 2 BR apt, resulting in a 50% increase in moving costs for a relatively simple move. It's noteworthy that other movers routinely move apts from this same building in a normal block of time (4 hours for elevator usage). A couple of items were damaged and the company is MIA *** repairs or compensating us for them. The primary contact ******** is often out exploring professional growth (for real, this is his outgoing message) while customers suffer with delays. I gave them ample opportunity to show good faith follow up without any results. Each call was another delay. Look elsewhere for quality movers.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. My terrible experience with Good Green Moving is directly due to its owner, a *************************. I experienced multiple contractual and payment issues when dealing with him. I was then personally insulted and bullied by him when I disagreed with him.I had 2 related moves with Good Green: 1: May '22 From my ** to temporary storage of my items until Oct. 2: Oct '22: Moving stored items to a new house. In both moves, ************ directly engaged in dishonest / potentially illegal business behaviors on behalf of Good Green Moving, including:* Charging more than the written contracted price for moving supplies. EXAMPLE:"Move 1" contract stated that there was a $10 / furniture blanket used charge, but his movers then charged me $20 / blanket *at the end of the move* and claimed I could "get $10 back when I got my stuff out of storage." (************ finally refunded me part of the overcharge after I complained.)* Charging unpublished credit card surcharges of 4% at the end of Move 1, with only cash/ check as the non-fee options offered to me at the end of a long day by his very apologetic move lead. (I asked the move lead about Venmo -- he told me "no Venmo for move payments, only for tipping the move crew.")At no point, either verbally or in writing, did ************ disclose that there would a surcharge for credit card payments. which is potentially in violation of several ********** statutes.* Failing to disclose in writing / a contract the actual costs of storage. I received only 1 quoted rate for storage costs in a May email from ************ prior to the move / storage. After 3+ months of storing my items, ************ and his warehouse mgr then each told me two *different* sets of warehouse storage prices via email. They never once got my consent to any fees in writing. When I called out these issues and more (too much to include here), ************ insulted my intelligence, job, marital status, education, income level, and more.
