    THIS COMPANY WAS CALLED BY Instant Plumbing Repair Inc, which was sent by my Property Insurance HWA, because the Tenant at my Property called me for a clogged toilet, They made up that they were thousands of dollars in damages, after this I went to the property to make the Inspection of the Property Just to find out that there was NO WATER DAMAGE AT ALL, It was all made up by this Company and Instant Plumbing Repair Inc.

    We scheduled initial appointment with tenant to a courtesy free water damage assessment. Went to home and with a moisture meter found readings to show moisture was present. Because the homeowner was not onsite he was called and told what the findings were. Homeowner asked for a contract to be emailed to him while he looked for his homeoinsurance inforamtion. We emailed contract as requested and waited for homeowner to call back and re-schedule work to start. We did leave one voicemail for homeowner to see if he would like to proceed but no answer. Homeowner has never called back for our services so there for NO work was preformed at his home, therefore this complaint is not relevant.

    Be aware, this company was never called by me or my Insurance, The plumber that was sent by Hwa contacted them directly, and after I contacted my Home Insurance, went to the property for Inspection and found that was no water damage , I reported it to my Insurance and said never heard or approved this company to go to my Property in the Firstplace, , the plumber was called because a stopped toilet not a water leak, Like I said be very careful on this 2 Companies,The Home Insurance will send there own assessors and repair companies .
