On May 16, 2018 the California Department of Business Oversight (DBO) announced that an Accusation in Support of Notice of Intent to Issue Order Revoking Mortgage Loan Originator License had been filed regarding the principal of this company, Christopher Pardee Austin. The accusation was filed because in May of 2017 Mr. Austin applied for renewal of his MLO license but faulsely answered questions relating to prior adverse actions taken against his Bureau of Real Estate License. As a result, the Commissioner of the DBO has filed the aforementioned notice of intent to revoke Mr. Austin's MLO license.
