  This business needs to be investigated! And **** needs to also be investigated for fraud. We agreed on a turn key motor build in September of 2023, in Feb of 2024 I paid the remaining balance due. Took two months to ship my order after four weeks of R*** continually stating it will "ship this week" each and every week. Received my motor in May and it was incomplete! Missing distributor, carburetor, water pump, power steering pump and pulleys. All had been discussed and agreed shipment ASAP. June 4th I received what I believe is a joke, the sent spark plug wires with no distributor, they sent pulleys with no water pump, they sent power steering pump with no brackets, they didn't send the carburetor or build sheet that was supposed to be mailed in April 2024. This company is completely dishonest and disorganized. They don't return phone calls or emails, their voicemail box is actually full now. I will be seeking legal action to refund the products I haven't received and have very little faith that the engine they built will even run.

  I ordered custom pistons through Mondello Performance through their employee R*** who has a side business called C&G Motorsports. When I ordered the pistons I was told it would be 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks I called and asked about the status of my order. R*** couldn't find any paperwork on and said he would run it down and call me back that same day. He never called back, so 2 days later I called back and he said he had good news, that the manufacturer of the pistons was in the process of completing the order and they are going to second day air them to me directly that same day, or possibly the next. 5 days later I called back because I still had not received my pistons. Rick told me that they had accidentally sent them to the shop and that he would send them to me that day and call back with the tracking number. R*** never called back and the pistons never arrived. For the next few weeks R*** continued to put me off, each time promising to get them in transit with a tracking number. Then, after a couple of weeks he stopped communicating with me. I called the shop number and explained the situation to the receptionist and she put me on hold to see what she could do. After 10 or 15 minutes she came back and said she had my order and was going to Fedex/UPS it to me that same day and would call back with the tracking number. I have never heard back from her and now she won't answer the phone when I call. It's been 3 months since I paid for and placed the order. I had to cancel my credit card and initiate a fraud investigation with my bank. This is a very dishonest business and should be investigated for fraud.

  I don't think this company is honest.I order a intake for my car and return it because it required lots of parts and modifications and now they haven't credited my account and won't answer the phone or return my calls.
