    This Company is a complete scam. They try to extort additional costs and blame ****** restrictions. They changed our backend password on us, and told us we can only gain access if we pay for "Plug-ins" that are completely free and not necessary. After consulting with numerous other web designers they had explained to us, they are acting illegally and definitely trying to scam us for additional costs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I have never been so disappointed and felt abused in business in my life. BBB needs to get this company shut down!

    web harbour sold me a web site that is non ADA ********* disability act) compliant, then said someone complained on my site about not being compliant and if I didnt want to be sued I must pay them $1700 or I need to close my web site down and close my LLC with the state.I told the Comptroller in my state and they said that it sounded like fraud.I spent lots of money to start my business , just to be wrecked by web harbour

    I hired this company to provide me with an ecommerce website for agreed upon price paid. Now they want over $2,000 in additional funds for add ons I did not request. I told them I just want the services I paid for which included a functional ecommerce website with limited marketing and retail merchandise provider. After I refused to pay additional money for these services I have repeatedly asked for a call. They keep telling me that they will call at certain times but the set times come and go and no call. I message them to complain, they reschedule and the same thing happens. This is classic bait and switch. At this point I want no part of this company and just want my money back.
