    Dish is not providing me the box to return the equipment (DVR and remote). After months of calling for the return box I have not received it yet. Dish does not allow the use of any other box to return equipment. And now they have deducted $221.89. I am requesting a full refund of my money and a compensation for months of hardship. Dish Customer Service is lying to me because the send emails stating they sent the box thru *** and I never received it.

    I am aware of the technical issues regarding Dish Network. I have made several attempts to contact Dish Network regarding returning equipment and a pending bill. I changed to ********* on March 2, 2023. I received another Dish Network bill that will charge to my credit card on April 3, 2023. I have been provided misinformation from Dish representatives after holding for over one hour on several phone calls. One Dish representative said I owned the equipment and not to return it. Another representative told me to return the equipment. Only today, March 29, 2023, I was informed by a Dish representative that a box and shipping label was being sent to me. I am a 20 year customer of Dish Network and I should not have to pay for another month's service, charges due April 3, 2023. The Dish representative informed me on March 29, 2023 that my Dish service would be cancelled effective March 27, 2023 since that was my most recent phone call. Please advise.
