    I've been a customer with this business for almost 4 years. It is a Desktop email software app that I purchased and wrote to them with complaints, and they have for some reason, blocked and suspended my account. This is a full pro account. I have written emails to them for 7-8 months, to no avail, no reply. When I write to them through their support or feedback, I can't get in to send a message due to a message I get that says, " suspended user. I 've received no message as to why I am suspended. I've recently updated to their 3.0 version thinking that would solve the problem. I am fed up. I can provide you my account number if you'd like. Please assist me. Thanks.

    Hi there Al - I'm incredibly sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered.Unfortunately the software which we use to manage our support requests automatically flagged your profile for suspension because of the high number of tickets created throughout 2022.I have now readjusted these settings for your profile, and have removed the suspension manually.We look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.

    Everything about mailbird is great EXCEPT for the search function. I've tweeked all the search features but no matter what I do my search results don't show up. I have to go to my phone, search for the email there, then forward it to myself to see it on my pc. I KNOW the email is there the search function just *****. For someone with a ton of emails every day this is a huge issue. Otherwise mailbird is very useful, especially for multiple email accounts. I can move an email from one account to a folder on another account with a click. I keep using this program despite the search issue because it's a great program otherwise. I've even reached out to support to see if there's something wrong on my end regarding the search issues and never heard back.

    Hi *******,I'm sorry to hear you've had a bad experience with our search function and our support in the past. It looks like your older support requests were misunderstood on our side as feature requests, with our replies being for you to add or vote for it on our feature requests page. You didn't reply to those answers so the support team didn't realize their mistakes at the time.I see we replied on Friday to your most recent ticket though and the issue was properly understood this time. We asked for a video showing exactly what search is doing. Once you supply us with that video, following the instructions in the reply, we'll hopefully be able to diagnose what's wrong with search.PS. If you're not receiving our support replies, please check your spam folder - they might be in there.
