    A complete scam. I was charged $1 for a trial run, and then three days later charged $68.22 for no reason at all. The company likes to lie about "clearly stating" that this charge is to be expected unless "canceling the account beforehand".Fun fact about canceling or doing ANYTHING account related on their "user friendly" website- you can't. Every single page "cannot be connected". There are server errors left and right. Forget about trying to do anything manually from their website. No pages can be reached and no pages are available. It's designed for you to fail. I did not feel it necessary to call them directly, as I've seen the horror stories following past users encounters. I do not feel like talking in circles with a customer service *** and being gaslit into believing I was made fully aware of the term and conditions. I also refuse to accept half of the money back for a refund. I require the refunded full amount and for my account to be deleted from their records and subscriptions. I am currently disputing this transaction with my bank as well. I am highly disappointed in the poor business practices that this company participates in. Do not use this site for any reason whatsoever and absolutely thank me later.

    I submitted a review of ******** on this site 11/14/**23. Now ******** has changed my report number from #**FF86 to #**FC05 I do not know if they have deleted my information and this is someone else. Or if they are hiding my information under a new report number. I do not know how to update my review on the BBB site.

    Company is Bull s*** still wants to charge me for reports after they took my money. I cancelled on line then called them they said it will be cancelled in November that I would be able to get information till then but when I tried they still ask for CC and won't let me in with my email

    I canceled out my membership online and it's still a pending payment coming out of my account... When I called customer service... They said I have to call to cancel... Not true... You have a option to fill out an inquiry online to cancel or call customer service... They say they will refund half of my money... That's not right because I canceled the membership.

    Dont go to this website for anything!I payed **** to look at website, looked at it for 5 min, they have tried to charge my CC 5 times in 3 days, luckily my CC company denied all charges. This is a total SCAM!SCAM!SCAM!

    It's a familiar problem nowadays. I used they're service for 1 look up. For a **** 2.5 days later I'm missing over ***** From my bank account. Now I have to wait 5 to 8 days for them to return it to my account. Redickulous and I did obtain the info that I originally looked for . You really got to watch out for alot of different things or ways they try to pull the cover over your eyes so you don't know what their up too. This goes for all websites. 1/2 the internet is a sham .Of course that's my opinion.

    Scams , it costs a dollar when you first sign up, it take me but one day and they tried to debit my account *****. Totally horrible, I'm going back to really check all my transaction and watch out I've canceled before they kept still taking money out of my account , horrible , horrible company.
