    These guys say they're using satellite imaging and algorithms (??) to make these determinations. I received the exact same report and there's nothing wrong with my roof. In fact it still holds a warranty from the company that replaced it nine years ago for an additional 11 years. This company is a detrimental to consumers as its making uninformed decisions and charging the insurance companies and ultimately consumers. If you want to know the condition of someone's roof, send an expert out to look at it!

    Remotely sensed data cannot be compared to actual hands on evaluations. They do not mention multispectral imagery which would help in some identifications of roof rot. They like to peddle the "flawlessness' of the technology, There are human evaluations which are tailored to the client's needs. If a human is involved it then becomes a matter of opinion, not actual scientific observation or 'hands on' evidence. If there is staining from oak bloom, it gets a 'poor' rating because that is what the Insurance companies are paying for.....cancellations.

    Horrible company! They did an assessment/drone of my house for Nationwide. First of all its illegal to do that without my consent. Secondly, the photo used in the ************* was taken years before the alleged Aug 23 date. Third, the picture taken of the front of my house wasnt mine. It was my neighbors. Due to their lack of getting the correct house- my insurance is being canceled.
