      We had a very negative experience with ****** A. ****** and Arbor Tech Services/Desert Arborist Services. Mr. ****** came out to assess our Palo Verde tree which had been horribly cut in error while we were away on a vacation. We paid his standard $200 consultation fee. It took another three weeks before he provided a job estimate proposal. Although the proposal seemed expensive, we accepted the proposal on April 14. It is now over a month later and and after our many calls and notes, they refuse to schedule the work or to return our calls or reply to email. We are patient people, but our patience is now exhausted, and I really don't wish to patronize any business that treats its customers with such disregard. I wish I could leave a "zero star" review.Your experience may be different, but this has been ours.written May 19, 2025
